I know Shania has added the Las Vegas venue and has bought property in the Bahamas, but doesn't Shania still own property in Switzerland and New Zealand, or did Mutt take over those properties?

If you read through the articles in the link below, it looks like Mutt and his company, Soho Property, owns several pieces of land in New Zealand. He still owns Mt Soho and Motatapu Stations which was Shania and Mutt's property.
