this photo you are referring to is from 05 from the 'Cityline'interview and she was crying because she was talking about her years in poverty,this is a great interview you can watch it on 'you tube'.

The one where she was crying was in the cityline interview, i think it was in 2005. She was talking about how when she was little she wanted music to take her away from all that hell and then she broke out crying.
I'm sure the later pic that Sarah posted, was when she visited the GMTV studios in London for the GH promotion. I think the pic was taken while she was doing a live web chat. I'm sure I saw it before and it mentioned those details.
Well you kick our butt regarding anything British like for example shania's Hyde Park show,the American bashers believe that she sold only around 20,000 tickets,but that ain't true right??
I never heard official figures, but in excess of 80.000 is the usual estimate. It's pretty easy to have a good idea at Hyde Park as the place can hold 100,000 max. I don't know where the 20.000 figure came from, as you can tell from the pics how far the crowd stretched to the back. There must be a way of finding out how many tickets were sold for that concert.
80.000 that's AMAZING for an N.American act. it's also pretty amazing that she had 8 sold out shows in Germany,and 2 of them was in Olympia Hall(or something like that anyway)you must know that this is a huge soccer arena eh?? she rocks both in America and Europe.
Remember Hyde Park wasn't like Chicago either as this was no free concert. People paid full whack for those tickets. I think people did travel from all over Europe for that gig. Remember there was a large concert the week before in Kilkenny, Ireland too.
Which shows was it that Maverick opened? There music was great too bad they couldn't hold it together but it was cool they opened for Shania almost reuniting.
