This list is totally bogus. I have never even heard of Cover Magazine.
And how the heck is Avril Lavigne up so high lol!!!

And nelly furtado ahead of Shania in vocal ability? lmao!!!

Have you heard of Sunshine Magazine. Shania came in at number one. She will hold number one for a long time. Just joking there is no such magazine just trying have little fun. But she is always number one in my book. I better have few more glasses of wine.
