Shania likes to dress down in her private time so it makes her less recognizable in public. That guy must have thought it was his�lucky day running into her, but he may not have been an�actual fan, and just�one of those people who likes to get celebrity autographed items�to sell on�eBay.

Yes, the photo was labeled Toronto Airport, July 2008.� Shania could have flown in and out of Toronto mulitple times over the summer.

I don't think the paparazzi are everywhere.I think they have to measure expense vs the chance of getting a shot,like in New Zealand.Expensive trip if you don't get a photo.

Just one question, why hasn't any paparazzi ever traveled to New Zea land or Switzerland and took photos of Shania, you only see pics in North america, is there some sort of rule there, or are they just respecting her privacy.

Its not worth it for the paparazzi to spend all that money and expenses and travell�to hopefully get a dull picture of someone walking or doing something not exciting. But sometimes locals got pictures of Shania in New Zealnd with Mutt in 2006 shopping.

As for Switzerland there is�a law that you need permission from the person you are taking a picture of to publish it.
You rarely see any papps in Switzerland� unless it is a public funtion where stars want their picture taken.
