Shania Tops 'Most Beautiful List' in Hello Canada! Magazine

She is still Canada's darling,but here in the US not as much.Someone just put out a sexiest celebrity's over 40 list and Shania didn't make it.Believe me she should have been on the list.Cloris Leachman made the list and i like her but when i see her, sexy doesn't come to mind. Around here its always people in the spotlight,never much thought behind it.

Shania Twain rated top Canuck beauty

TORONTO - Country star Shania Twain has been rated the most beautiful Canadian by entertainment magazine "Hello!"

She topped a list of the 50 most beautiful Canadians compiled by the editors at "Hello!" Editor Ciara Hunt says Twain was an obvious choice because she has an alluring beauty that women warm to and men simply adore.

She says they chose Twain to celebrate her success as an artist, woman and "divine beauty."

Singer Avril Lavigne, actor Kiefer Sutherland and hockey star Sidney Crosby also made the list.

Liberal MP Ruby Dhalla also made the list, amid controversy she faces over unproven allegations from two family caregivers - accusations she denies.

HELLO! Canada names pop-country singing sensation Shania Twain Canada's Most Beautiful Woman. "I don't think I'm ugly, I just think I'm overrated on the cutie factor," she says. But like her famous song, the 43-year-old stunner reveals feeling good is the key to keeping gorgeous: "I like to feel like a woman".

The newly single mother-of-one carries her beauty from the inside out, that women warm to and men simply can't help admiring. "A happy heart comes first, then the happy face," admits the five-time Grammy winner.

After a chance encounter with the songstress - who comes from humble beginnings in Timmins, Ontario - in France, SexyBack singer Justin Timberlake dubbed her "one hot little number".

She credits a raw-food diet and daily meditation as two of her best-kept secrets, while most importantly maintaining a healthy attitude.

Meanwhile, playing the role of hunky counter terrorist agent Jack Bauer on 24 has made Kiefer Sutherland a sex symbol. "I got into it for the girls," the 42-year-old admitted when asked what first attracted him to acting in an exclusive interview with HELLO! Canada this week.

But the former eligible bachelor thanks his new model-turned-journalist love Siobhan Bonnouvrier for his newfound happiness - and it shows. "I'm really happy at this point in my life and my relationship is a large part of it," the Emmy-winning star.

Exuding the confidence only a new romance can bloom, it is no surprise the Toronto-raised actor's tough-guy charm and chiselled good looks have landed him on HELLO! Canada's 50 most beautiful Canadians list.

I think shania is one of the most beautiful and most natural woman in the world, she looks great at 40, and acts like a real lady, her whole career she has shown the utmost respect, for herself, and its only natural we would continue to vote her the most beautiful, other countries should do the same.

Evangeline Lilly, who I did not know was Canadian, nor does that matter, Is absolutely drop dead gorgeous. She actually looks like my 14 year daughter. Reverse that.

Is it me or has anyone noticed that Kate Becinsale looks like Shania? In some pictures they look a lot alike but I have never looked at them side by side. But when I think about them they do look alike. Just wondering if anyone else thought so or if it is only me.

Hard to find Hello Canada here in the US. I get mine off of Ebay. That's the only place I can find them if you want a copy.

Yes, I think the scan is from a newspaper. It was on the Shania Twain Centre board.
