The paparazzi are obviously mistaken, Shania Twain wouldn't dress like that, which is a giveaway that it isn't her. That woman's probably a model or something.

Shania never wears shorts, has shorter arms and fingers, and bigger boobs. Not to mention the face looks nothing like her.

I agree they are mistaken simply because she would never wear a skirt like that.
But her facial features are exactly like Shania, no doubt about it. Shania is just a bit older.

I wish Shania dressed like that. That outfit sure beats the baggy sweatpants and sweatshirts that Shania is often seen in.

I would like to see shania in a short skirt to but then again she is 43 and sometimes women look funny when they try and dress like a 20 year old.Althought she has the body to pull it off.
