BMI Repertoire: Shania Twain

Here's a bit of info I found out about Eric Lambier, who is credited on some of those songs listed on BMI:

Eric Lambier has been playing the Eastern Ontario Circuit with his band Mirror Mirror and later as Eric Steven Starr, and Eric Steven Lambier for over 20 years - anyone who lives in a smaller town in Ontario has probably seen him play sometime. He is also the co-writer and performer for "Toronto You're My Home" - Toronto's New Anthem, which was played at the SkyDome in Toronto in the Summer of 2004. Eric spent some time touring with Shania Twain years ago and again when her career started to take off. He wrote several songs with her and they recorded some with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. He was asked to join her for a mini-tour of Europe and to do the Tonight Show with Jay Leno as her keyboardist. I was Eric's room-mate at the time, and I saw it all happen - way cool!! These are selections from his 2001 Self-produced CD - "Trains in the Rain". Any comments on Eric's music or requests for CDs will be forwarded to him promptly.
