It looks like Shania will be performing two songs today on "The Talk". I don't know about two new songs though. More likely a new song (logically "WGSTD" but we know how Shania and her team is when it comes to logic) and a classic like Fergie did yesterday.
The Queen of Country, Shania Twain, is back to perform her new songs LIVE on our stage! Plus, welcome our guest co-host, the gorgeous Boris Kodjoe and the fabulous Carrie Ann Inaba!

I don't get it. Why not release a new single after the CMA Awards if this is the way the are panning it out. Maybe for Grammy voter exposure? I guess they could save WGSTD for the CMAs but that decision is up to the show runners, not usually the artist. And, usually they'll want to capitalize on a song that is a bit familiar. So, I'm afraid we're looking at LATGG for the CMAs too.
Let's be real. This shows that Shania and her team have zero confidence in "WGSTD". What in the hell was the point in dumping "SWMEC" then? I don't get it.

If Shania and her team are the first ones to have zero confidence in these songs, I don't see Country Radio to have it... it's really a shame, 'cause the album is definitely a grower, the songs keep on getting better and better with every listening.
LATGG seriously?? oh my god. But her voice sounded SO GOOD for TDIMM. Ugh this is frustrating though. I hope she starts doing WGSTD, Soldier, something else. Why isn't she stepping up to her team and doing a different song? Is she the one choosing this?

I think that shania does all as her own...
I think she's choosing them as well. I wonder if she's just afraid. I wish we could convince her to try other songs.
OH MY GOD! She's singing "LATGG" Are you kidding me??? What a joke! Her team is so screwed up it's unbelievable! How about the current single?!?!
Maybe because LATGG has the most hit potential of all the songs on the album? That "We got something they don't" gets a radio release next week doesn't mean it is already a single at that point. Singles drop regularly on radio in the UK and get an itunes release 2 months later. It will be interesting to see what she will sing during the CMA's
I think she's trying the new songs with those three backup singers to help her... I bet she'll take them on Tour with her. It's not a bad choice, they're pretty good and they add something to the songs.

um no lol There are a few songs with more real hit potential. The only reason I could see her performing LATGG is because gives it more Grammy exposure as it was submitted for a nomination. HOME NOW and BECAUSE OF YOU and SOLDIER are three that have more hit potential. This is an excellent album with lots of good songs but remember Shania is a 52 year old woman in the music industry. It doesn't matter how good the song is , there is a stigma against older woman. i commend Shania for forging ahead despite some of her own fans and losers on social media bashing her. The only thing I see wrong with the roll out of this album is single choices at certain times but this is a fantastic album whether radio kiss ass moronic programmers decide to play it or not. So Shania has to keep doing high profile tv shows to get the music out.

Shania talked about how happy she was NOW debuted at #1, working with John Travolta in "Trading Paint", and her vocal problems from Lyme Disease. Kevy with a minor rant for the week !! Now lets see, The CMA's are huge exposure and alwasy boost sales, and it is nearing holiday season where sales always are much better. Why is Shania living in the past and talking about her COO album all week lol i get it that it is the 20th anniversary but last year was the 19th anniversary and next year the 21st lol who cares! it was a great groundbreakng album but so was TWIM. Stop living in the past Shania lol If you are giving up on your songs being played on radio you sure didn't go about releasing the right songs The CMA's are her best chance of gretting huge exposure for a song that country radio would jump on like HOME NOW OR BECAUSE OF YOU OR SOLDIER. Instead she decides to skip the biggest exposure you will get for this album. Let me say that i think this is one of her best albums from start to finish with lots of good songs and much better written than her other albums. But if she is quiting on this album and deciding to not release the best songs on it then why should the fans support it? I do support it because i just think it was a well put together album for this time and period in her life and i think honestly this album if more people actually heard it would love it. A very huge mistake if she is actually skipping the CMA's and a slap in the face to her fans who actually followed her when she began in country music. He first album in 15 years and she has the nerve to skip the biggerst tv exposure and audience exposure for her album. And anyone who says she might not have been asked are fooling themselves and quite delusional!! Shania would of been the first person to be asked when they knew she was coming out with an album. Hell they beg her for years just to attend and present an award as a special guest lol So if true and she is not performing she has given up on country fans and music completely. Oh and i think she really did a good job at first of the roll out of the allbum and reitroducing her selfself to the public but if she really wanted a bigger impact she should of chosen songs that country radio would warm up to more as singles. She still has time to recover and release a great single that country radio wil play and perfom on the CmA . But Shania or her team never make logical decisions . Hey Shania COO is past , it was a great album but you have a new great album out. Get off your butt and perform a new song on the CMA's lol oh welll nothing is said will make a difference lol only kevy's rant for the week.
According to Headline Planet, Shania has been scheduled as a last-minute musical guest on tonight's "The Late Late Show with James Corden". Since Shania is on tour, I'm assuming it will be a rebroadcast of her "Swingin' With My Eyes Closed" performance from last October. I don't see how she can be in Los Angeles last-minute today after performing last night in New Orleans. Then she has a concert in Little Rock, Arkansas tomorrow. That would be quite a trip. Plus she hasn't announced anything on social media.
***There is a chance they could air Shania's performance of "Life's About To Get Good" which she also sang for the taping of the show in October but did not air on TV.
"The Late Late Show with James Corden" airs at 12:35am ET/PT on CBS.

The show is probably taping now. I guess we'll just have to watch tonight and see. I just would've thought Shania would've mentioned it by now IF in fact she did go out there today to perform on the show.

Shania Twain Slays Her 'Life's About to Get Good' Performance on 'The Late Late Show': Watch
By Mackenzie Cummings-Grady | Billboard | June 12, 2018
Clad in a sexy cheetah print blazer and matching pants, a flashy Shania Twain took to The Late Late Show with James Corden stage on Monday night (June 11) to perform her Now lead single “Life’s About To Get Good.” Supported by a full band and three backup singers, Twain kept it cool throughout the performance. She gave a few flips of her blonde hair and a few twirls of her wrist, effortlessly singing the chorus as blue and maroon strobe lights flashed behind her.
Twain came under fire back in April after saying that she would have voted for Trump. “I would like to apologise to anybody I have offended in a recent interview with the Guardian relating to the American President,” Twain later wrote on Twitter after backlash. “I am passionately against discrimination of any kind and hope it’s clear from the choices I have made, and the people I stand with, that I do not hold any common moral beliefs with the current president.”
I remember when Shania appeared on Fox Tv Streaming which sparks triggers for some but i love the way she hold on to it. we support you we love you whether you're Canadian or American whether you like some people or choose not to we support you
