I wonder if Shania's song with BRELAND "Boots Don't" will be released before July 19? Luke Combs released his song/music video last week. Bailey Zimmerman released his song today.

From that clip alone this sounds like it could be one of her best songs since the Up! album! I’m excited! Hoping they try pushing it on Country radio.

I was surprised this song wasn't pushed to country and Adult Contemporary radio as the lead single. It could have had some potential. Any potential Tommy for this song to get a chance on radio?

I was thinking the same thing. It should have been the lead single from the "Twisters" album.

Wow that sounds so good, I hear a little sound of the song shoes she did a few years ago. This is the best she has sounded since her greatest hits

 

At first listen I’ve had the same feeling , it looks like a second part of shoes , from shoes to boots and both released for soundtracks , too many coincidences

Just got back from the cinema now, the film premiered in Sweden today.

There was a small clip of ”Boots Don’t” at a rodeo scene in the background.
Not really noticeable but still nice they included it in the film.

There's a big ol' country storm brewing on the "Twisters" soundtrack.

Releasing July 19 -- the same day the film, a highly anticipated sequel to the 1996 film "Twister" -- the soundtrack is a who's who of country music, including tracks from Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett, Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll and more.

"GMA" caught up with a couple of the artists featured on the soundtrack at CMA Fest 2024, including Tucker Wetmore, Bailey Zimmerman and Breland.

Breland told "GMA" he's "really excited" to have a song with Shania Twain on the soundtrack. The duo teamed up for the track "Boots Don't."

"Shania is the GOAT," he gushed. "The longevity, the level of intentionality that she has with everything she does, it's such a high bar."

Breland added, "She's been a great friend and mentor to me over the last year and a half and I've learned a lot from her. Just know I am a better performer now because of being able to spend time around Shania."

I can’t wait to hear it tomorrow!

The song is on Twisters YouTube Channel if you can use a VPN and connect to New Zealand or Australia.
It's simply amazing, I LOVE IT!!! Shania sounds INCREDIBLE Too bad it's really short, only 2:28.

I haven't heard the entire song yet but if it were released to radio could it be a hit?

I love the song but I can’t believe it took 7 people to come up with it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I feel the song is too short and there’s something missing before the final chorus.
