Shania Twain's Bodycon Black Dress Unzips to Her Ribs and Features Hip-High Slits at Grammys After-Party

The little black sweater dress got an awards season update.

Shania Twain ensured she did impress fans much on Sunday as she gave the little black sweaterdress an awards season update. Following the 2026 Grammys, the iconic country singer stepped out at the Universal Media Group's after-party in Los Angeles in a daring long-sleeved LBD that she unzipped all the way down to her ribs.

The “Man! I Feel Like A Woman!” singer maximized a plunging neckline moment with her black knit midi-dress, which featured a classic collar and a bold zipper that went all the way from her neck to her LBD’s calf-grazing hemline. Twain styled the bodycon dress so it dipped to her stomach, complementing the hip-high slits on either side of the skirt. As the “That Don’t Impress Me Much” singer posed alongside other musicians like Noah Cahan and newly-minted Grammy award-winning Lola Young at NYA WEST, she showed off the thigh-baring design and a pair of pointy-toed knee-high black leather boots. 

Twain styled her golden-highlighted brown hair in a voluminous shoulder-grazing blowout with tendrils curling away from her face. Adding a bit of shine with dangling gold chunky earrings and a statement c0cktail ring, the Queen of Country Pop highlighted her features with an iridescent rose gold and dark silver smoky eyeshadow, bold lashes, and a warm peach hue on her cheeks, forehead, and lips. 

Twain recently revealed she’ll be joining Harry Styles for his first tour in three years, titled “Together, Together.” The “Watermelon Sugar” singer’s tour will kick off on May 26 in Amsterdam with special guests like Robyn, Jamie XX, and Jorja Smith.

Twain memorably performed alongside Styles at Coachella in 2022, and in a recent interview with BBC Radio 2, the former One Direction star called the collaboration a dream moment. "I mean I’m honored and like very amazed that she’s coming with us,” he shared, adding, “She’s someone who musically has been in my life for a really long time. I remember some of my earliest memories of learning songs and singing in the car with my mum listening to Shania Twain, so for me it’s like very full circle."
