Once again you are getting your information wrong. Swiss law states that both parties have to wait 2 years to be granted a divorce if they can't work out all details of the divorce that they agree on.
If they can work everything out peacefully then the divorce can be granted in very short time.
So they only have to wait 2� years if this disagree with any aspect of the divorce details.
And like most of us agree here. This will be done privately and the best interest of Eja

So a divorce can be granted at anytime in the next few months once they work all the details out and agree on everything.
And the facts are already there. Shania's names is already on� 2 properties in Switzeland and they weren't on there before.

You wanna know why i think that article is completely false? Because of this "According to the promoter Vaud, Robert Lange intends to continue its relationship with the former secretary and head to Chateau de Sully, La Tour-de-Peilz, where singer and the producer lived from 1998 to 2006."

How can he live in a house he doesn't even own?

I thought files were sealed in Switzerland, How would he get property information? That makes no sense.....If that guy can get it...I could probably find it online in 15 minutes.......

And that guy in the article from Swiss was just giving his opinion of where Mutt will live with his mistress. but the facts of the article are that Shania's name is� under the registry offices in 2 properties in Switzerland.
Anyone who actually knows how to dig and get this info can do so but it takes time.

who cares that it takes 2 years to get a divorce??eveybody knows that,but if they aren't living together and Mutt has moved on with another woman it is a divorce alright for me,why do� you need the prove on a piece of paper when the love is already gone.
shania and Mutt wion't get back together IN MY OPINION.
they are both private people and they wouldn't announce their sepapration if there was a possibility to get back together.

You have no idea what you are talking about. They bought a 15 million dollar place in 2007� at la tour de peliz on Lake Geneva. Tommy has an article of it when they bought it in 2007.
That place is now under Shania's name only. You seriously need to learn how to read article.
And please stop talking about the National enquirer, I don't even read that junk.
The place in Corseax was sold a few months after they bought it and they turned around and bought the 15 million dollar place on Lake Geneva.

Stop posting garbage. Even Tommy has articles of the property they bought and sold and go and do your research.

They own 3 properties in Switzerland .� The place on Lake Geneva in 2007 which Shania owns now, the place for her horses and relaxtion being renovated and also Mutt bought a luxury villa where he is probably staying now.

I am getting tired of�you coming on here with false info and the fact you don't even know how to read properly.

I ask Tommy to set the story straight and show you all the facts from articles of the properties they bought and sold.

This article clearly states that Shania's name is on the 15 million dollar property they bought in 2007 at la tour de peilz on Lake Geneva. The article also clearly states that Shania has another place being renovated and built at prez to noreoz for relaxtion and her horses.
The article also clearly states that Mutt has a a villa at Bonay.
So that is 3 properties.

Learn to read before you post information.

Maybe you need to show him the articles of these properties they bought or sold.

Shania didn't announce the Separation......It went from somebody insude mercury records to people magazine for money.....it wasn't an official statement....If it was, Shania wouldn't say "as you have seen or heard, im going througha rough time in my life"

All you have to do is research Tommy`s archives and he has articles of the new Geneva mansion they bought in 2007 and the Corseax property they sold in 2007.
He has all the proof on this site but you obviously didn`t do your� research.

Shania looks gorgeous as ever at the Toronto airport.
Entertainment Canada said she was in Toronto for some legal matters regarding her divorce.
I actually thought at first she was leaving Canada but I guess she arrived in Toronto as you can see her getting into her limo and leaving the airport.

It is rumored she also has a penthouse in Toronto where she may stay when she comes for business trips. So she doesn`t go to her cottage everytime she comes to Canada..
Yeah, you can clearly see her� leaving the airport to her black limo. She even signs autographs by her car in one picture before she gets it.

It would make sense too because when she arrives back in Canada she has to go through customs and the airport but when she leaves out of Canada all you see is her boarding her private plane when she goes.
So if she arrived in Canada in the last month she would of been spotted going through the airport.

She has been in Switzerland for a while. But who knows if she came back to Toronto again after that.
