You go Shania enjoy yourself. I think the guy she is hugging is one in the picture that she is catching a flight out of Muskoka. When i have guests over we hug each other. That how we say hello and goodbye. That is are family custom. I am so happy that she is having fun. To bad i was not there because i need a hug.

Is Shania still in Canada or did she return for her son to go to school in Switz.? I was watching the strange show America's got talent this week. They were talking about how extremely physically exhausting singing and dancing at the same time is. I never really appreciated this aspect with Shania"s shows. She is an unbelievable performer. I don't think any of the new stars have her presence and performing abilities! She will always be # 1 in my book!

By all accounts she is back in Switzerland for Eja school.

No, he is pretty fat from what I can see. Being that big is not being well built.
He doesn't look toned, just big boned and over weight.
I was just making an observation on how he looks.

Mutt isn't in the pulic eye, he works behind the scenes and is not the star of the show. Shania is�a famous brand name worldwide.
The general pulic find Shania pictures more interesting.

I am truly surprised that you Kevy are on our beloved Tommy's No. 1 (the best Shania site on the planet in my personal view).... after all the mean things you have said on so many other boards about Shania, Toby, Faith... and the list just goes on. You have been nailed hard and often on CMT boards and many of the artists there whom you profess your undying love for.... then turn around and play the mean attention-getting machine. What's your point. Why not just go to sites and artists you do love and why not just enjoy those sites that people put so much love and time on. Why not travel around the world on the internet; read good literature; visit museums, art galleries and just do a walk about on the net. You are posting the same mean things here that you tried on other boards and got caught out. You did the same with Toby and so many others. Shania Twain is loved by so many of us globally .... and you just make us stronger and her better. Your jealous behaviour is unfitting and Shania deserves better... in my personal view.

Oh please, you don't have to make up stuff and be over dramtic.
Anyone that knows me, knows that I have been a Shania fan for over 10 years and have defended her for a very long time.
Where were in 2003 when I defended her against bashers on the CMT site?
I just don't kiss butt and think she is a God like you do.
It is shameful that fans can't take one negative thing said about Shania even though it is from a longtime fan like me.
Anyone who sees your posts on the CMt board know that you go way over the top and treat her like a God. I am a Shania fan longer than most who thinks Shania in the last few years has mislead the fans, that doesn't mean I am not a fan and it doesn't mean I won't still defend her against bashers.
Bring on new music and then everything will be all postive like you want.
Right now there has been nothing postive in years to talk about Shania about.
She is an inactive artist.

Everything isn't all happy in the Shania camp. She has been non active for years and lost a huge amount of fans over the last few years.
Maybe you need more people like me to tell the truth.
I am the one who defended Shania for years when people were bashing her from 1995-2003. In the last many years Shania has shown very little respect for her fans,the shania twain centre, and the industry and I don't think she cares one bit about us fans despite our efforts to keep her dwinding fanbase alive.

Dear Zip, I don't think Shania loses any sleep wondering if she does enough for her fans???? She has given us a lot and we may have to be satisfied with that. I would never call her lazy. She has a lot to worry about and if you can't have empathy for her as a human being. You are a selfish fan as far as I'm concerned. I come here as a hobby because I love her as an entertainer. I love to read posts that teach us stuff, update us, new pictures etc, posts that make us laugh. To come here and have to worry about being attacked because you stand up for her "mindlessly" isn't fun. This site is suppose to be people who SHARE a common bond in their love for this woman from all walks of life and backgrounds who respect each other's opinions. She personally helped me through a terrible divorce through her music. I cannot imagine the turmoil her world is in and perhaps has been in for quite a while. Shania Twain is my hero, I wish her well and her family well, whatever the outcome maybe.And to all of the true fans on TOMMY"s GREAT SITE, have a great day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still care about Shania and support her. Since I been a fan for long time this is my opinion I feel that if she was in Canada she could have gone to see her fans. The fans spend lot of money to go.That to show respect to her fans she should have gone. If she had time to go shopping she could have taken one hour of her time to see her fans. You can say that she going through a divorce that is why she did not go. What isthe excuse she did not go in year 2007, 2006, 2005 2004, 2003. I think Shania isa arrogant person. I am sure she doesn't lose sleep, maybe thats the problem. She has her wealth and fame because of her fans and maybe if she showed more respect over the years people would be more sympathtic for her socalled seperation which was mutual in my opinion. People go through much worse in life like Hurricane victims who lose their loved ones and their homes and they don't have the resources to rebuild.Just the fact you all Shania your hero says alot.Maybe find a different hero to look up to.

I agree that is my point that some here don't want to face.I will always be a fan of her music but her attitude and arrogance towards her fans is unbelievable.
She hasn't gone to see her fans at fan fair for over a decade. What is her excuse for every one of those years?
She has time the last 6 years to shop,vacation,buy property, but not once in 10 years has she found time to go to fan fair.
The fans are the ones that made her filthly rich and she continue to take�advantage of them.

I believe her actions and her constant ability to inspire young women and old, people who are hungry, persons with visible and invisible disabilities, pets unattended and unappreciated... her fans who she loves regardless of color, creed, religion, sexual orientation and so on... has proven to be steadfast over the years. Shania has always made us the stars of her show... and she always will.

She doesn't buy into the media road kill for a moment of glory; she doesn't sacrifice her family and her family values.... or her friends .... ever- she would have stepped down rather than dishonor her step-father (since she was 2 and l/2 years old) and her adopted Objiway heritage that she still wears proudly. Shania is one of the few on the planet who gives her everything and only her personal best- when she is ready.

And legions and legions in the millions still buy, participate, endure and love this incredible lady of country music .... we call Shania Twain.

You said some cruel things kevy.... and I never forget on my favorite boards. Maybe you don't care for people who are different than you would like- by color, creed, sexual orientiation, religion, visilbe and invisible disabilities and so on.... well I do and always have- they are some of my very best friends for over 60 years and family... and I would not trade a thing. I was taught the Bible and respect of our Military men and women who serve- because I was born a WWII baby; country music from the bluegrass to country to rock and my beloved classical music has been a lifelong mainstay in my life.

And Shania represents everything that is good in this world- country music is the only truth music on the planet .... all my personal views... and every one is an angel with tarnished wings- just like us country radio folks who listen and live country music live.

Shania walks through all the music boundaries and tests and gives us exciting opportunites to tune in to other forms of music and countries and the ability to dream... and millions of us have.

I think I speak for many here that we are tired of your constant bashing of Shania kevy. You keep on like a broken record attacking her almost as though if you say it enough we all might agree with you. You are not capable of saying anything positive to anyone or so you would have us believe. As for Shania not showing up for fan fair most of the bigger names don't go and at the moment there is a dispute as to whether or not the stars should be paid for showing up as a lot of money is made on this day. Stating the truth is not bashing and I suggest you actually read my posts instead of putting your own spin on it.
And you seriously need to check your facts on who has and has not attended fan fair in the last 10 years. Shania is in very,very small company.

We love her anyway because we love her for her music. Why don't we talk about her music, her concerts that we have been too. How she is coping with this divorce (which was not mutual....I know your opinion you don't need to repeat it I am just stating mine). So what if there is no new music, new music will be here soon enough. I ask you kevy, why do you feel you need to say the same thing over and over again and why do you attack others for not agreeing with you and why do you feel a compulsion to always have the last word. Your are not changing anyones mind here.

It's�a�shame that�people�penalize Shania for the way in which she�conducts her music career and her�decisions for�not wanting to be in�the public eye all the time and not attending Fan Fairs, Fan conventions or�whatever. And for not being out there with her audiences enough. If they really think she's totally ignorant of her fan-base, has lost every bit of passion in her work�or feel that they've been mis-led�over the years�then why continue to support her and why not just�move on to another artist.

Next thing they'e going to say is that Shania brought on her own marriage wreck and that's why Mutt went off with someone else.

let it go and accept that Shania is not fan friendly and thats how she chooses to lead her life. We can't do anything about it. The reason some people complain like me and others about her conduct toward her fans is because we are honest and tell it like it is. And we stick around because we like her music�.�
I think you know what some of what I say is true but you think you will be disloyal if you say anything.
Why sugar coat everything and pretend Shania cares about her fans and music. The last many years prove just the opposite.
I as a fan am worried that her next album will be totally unsuccessful and her next tour may flop. That would be totally shameful if she failed when she returned just because she didn't have the time to once a few� months even tell her fans anything, it only takes 1 minute.
I also as�a fan am think Shania may not have enough respect in her own legacy that she doesn't even care how she is percieved or if fans stick around.
Lets not go in circles now, you know how I and everyone else feels.
Lets move on and�not sugar coat things and maybe talk about other things.

I don't think that's Mutt. I saw other pics from this day, and Shania and Eja were with a blonde woman that day who looks like that person in the photo above. There are no pics of Mutt from that day on Splash News, and I doubt if the photographer would not photograph the infamous Mutt Lange if Mutt was walking down the street that day in plain sight.

That person in the photo also looks too short to be Mutt. Mutt is quite tall.

As mentioned in the corner I emailed Todd Gill(canadian tabloid) reguarding this.. He has since replied with his phone number..Hope with his equipment he will be able to expand the photo.If so it may be a VERY intresting shot if it is Mutt. Bobby boy

Yes, the press intruded on her stay in Ontario. It will be interesting to see if she does decide to live in Swizterland permanently. They have strict privacy laws there and shania and ejay will not be photographed so much like they were in Canada. I guess we will have to wait and see how this plays out. Mutt did isolate Shania. I wonder if one of the reasons he wanted out of the marriage is the fact that when they left Switzerland the paparazzi would take pictures of them and newspaper articles would be written about them. Being as private as he is he must have hated that. It is ridiculous to think he would go as far as buying all photos of himself yup he was obsessed with privacy.

Although the Enquirer is not a reliable source, an article suggested that Shania is trying to establish a permanent base for her and Eja in Ontario,�Canada. When�referring to�to the isolation aspect, I'm sure she missed not seeing or spending time with her siblings as often. While Switzerland may be a�beautiful country and very well known for foreign celebrities (and as Lulu so rightly pointed out about the paparazzi laws being a lot stricter over�there) it must be�hard for Shania to remain in a place that reminds her of her ex-husband and if sources are correct that Mutt and Marie-Anne Thiebaud are still in a relationship (they left their spouses for each other)�that's going to be even harder to deal with. Shania doesn't want to�disrupt�her son's schooling at the moment so that's probably why she's returned to her chateau.

Mutt's intention�was to make her an international recording artist and evidently�TWIM and COO gave her massive�exposure (with the way those two albums were produced). But having a famous wife meant the press following them everywhere and he totally�shunned the limelight. In the Redbook (2007)interview, Shania talked about her own insecurities with fame, so it was as�equally�difficult�for her to adjust to. So this could be one of several factors which led to the breakdown of their marriage.

I wish that Shania had more children. Sometimes it is easier to go through a divorce with a sibling. Some web site was talking about Nicholback's new album saying the lyrics are very vulgar? I don't know if that's true. I wonder what effect this may have had on Mutt hanging around with guys like that, if the story is true.

I heard the same thing about Nicklebacks cd. I guess we will have to wait and see once it comes out.
As for having more children. It is my understanding that Mutt never really wanted children so I think how wonderful that Shania has Eja at least.

Shania wasn't really sure when she would�have a child and there was a nice natural space for Eja when he came along. In a TV�interview she admitted�that�having a baby in her 20's would have been such�a distraction for her as she was so focused and�was glad she waited longer�to have him. From what I understand it took quite a few years for her�to convince Mutt to start a family (which probably explains why he never had kids with either of�his previous two�ex-wives) and with him being 16 years older than her, he perhaps felt too�old or out of the loop on the parenting thing. If Shania had decided to have more children with him, she may have had to sacrafice her music career, she said she can just about manage her time with one.

I'm looking forward to her coming out with a new CD. It'll be worth the wait, and she will not disappoint us. I believe this next CD will be "darker" because she writes from her experiences, so there just might be more sad songs. I support her 110% and in my opinion, she can take as long as she wants to, and needs to.
