Country superstar Faith Hill bravely decided to pose in a bikini at age 41 for the December issue of Shape. I guess she heard they have great Photoshoppers. Who knows?:

"Wearing a bikini on a magazine cover is my 41st birthday present to myself. I could bend in ways I haven't been able to since I was a teenager." She then adds, "My husband (Tim McGraw) loves it!"

Or he's just saying he loves it until he can tie you in a pretzel, shove you in a crawl space and then run off with Shania Twain. For such is my understanding of country music. On that note, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

It was Shape mag that said Shania was the best body in hollywood and she's not even an actress, that she couldn't be overlooked. Now a 43 year old Shania could give a 41 year old Faith a run for her bragging rights.

That is a nice photo of Faith. I agree Tina she does not have the upper body that Shania has. Good for Faith for doing the cover though. I think that is a nice present to herself.

i was just joking,she looks awesome for her age.

but is not what i'd like to see shania doing ,a photoshoot wearing a bikini is not the wisest thing to do ,only in my opinion,please people don't kill me.biggrin

 without trying to look like a feminist here because i'm not,

is not a good thing posing wearing only a bikini,because she has 3 daughters,i just thing is not the best example for the young girls out there.

she could at least wear a pair of shortssmile

Well I guess this month Kelly Ripa is on the cover, and Leann Rimes was on it recently. And they are always in a bikini I think? I guess it's suppose to be a fitness thing (mag) and I guess Faith must have been working out to get muscles on her stomach and show it off? Hmm...

Yeah if you think about someone in a bikini just standing there for a publication that promotes health and fitness rather than a mag like FHM or Maxim where college frat boys only have one thing on their mind and the overall nature of the photos and articles. Not sure what Faith said in her article though. She and Tim do tend to mention certain things that normally should go without says, while Shania usually gives readers something worth reading, no trash. IMO.

As far as her cellulite, me and Tina had this discussion. I don't think it's all that bad, Shania's humble and modest nature makes her say the darnedest things. smile.gif

cellulite are fat deposits that usually collect around the thighs, butt, and stomach. Increased ratio of fat cells to lean body mass. Does anyone really think Shania has a bad case of this? If she has "any" it has to be so very little and unnoticeable, say on the back of her thighs probably. That modest girl always humbling herself, lol.
