CMT STAR......Not sure if this was a re run or something new on CMT...Last night I watched an exellent one hour show on CMT Canada on country superstar weddings... It had really cool interviews with photos of weddings including that of Shania's.. Not sure if CMT run the same show in other countries as the one we had last night but if they do you will LOVE it. As far as Shania's segment it lasted about 5 minutes showing the wedding room,the head chef that prepared the VEAL dinner and so on..Kinda gave Sara Evans a hard time,Keith Urban as well, but sorry folks they loved Faiths baseball game wedding reception concept. Anyhow..Think this is a new show..Maybe google your local CMT website to see if they are running it in your area. ALSO .Google CMT Canada Star Weddings. It will give you an idea of what it is all about Hope it is running in your country as well...Bobby boy

Further to the above posting I made reguarding the wedding show that I recently watched............... They did during the Shania segment mention that Mutt and Shania had a one year anniversary celebration at Deerhurst with guests.. During the segment the head chef did indicate that even though he prepared veal for the wedding,he was asked to prepare fully vegan for the anniversary.. Will leave it up to you folks to decide as to why the switch within a one year span of time..Bobby boy
When Elissa Lansdell did a CMT special (Shania's Homecoming in 2004) they went up to Deerhurst and spoke with the head chef. He couldn't remember what veggie main course he served on their wedding day, but the starter was something simple like a soup and the dessert was a chocolate mousse.
Hey Amanda.. As you know,outside the corner I only speak fact or at least fact based on what I read and research and hear in interviews.. Having said that,I know what the chef said...Veal at the wedding.. Try to catch the show..You will love it and not only the Shania segment..Bobby boy
