You'd make a good politican yourself the way you twisted my words around. biggrin I wasn't accusing anyone on here of been racist but having trawled the net there are people who do have a problem with his skin color.

I won't come in here and argue about this as people seem to have closed minds when it comes to balance with regards to giving a man a chance to suceed. I can always go over to Shania Forums instead and watch Joe lose the arguement there. smile

Well if you make a comment like yours what is one to think?i have no problem with his race.I will even say i think his foreign policy's has been perfect.I just think he needs to slow down on the spending.

First off you don't know your facts if you think it was just the republicans fault.Clinton removed a law put into place after the great depression that kept savings banks separate from investment banks.Greenspan the fed chairman was giving away money to the banks,and he has admitted that was a big mistake.It was the democrats and their groups like acorn that were pushing mortgages for low income people,that was the birth of the sub prime mess.Republicans added fuel to the fire in 2000 when they rewrote the banking laws to allow banks to leverage 40 dollars for every 1 of assets they had. Bush tried in 2001 to get tighter regulations on Fannie May but republicans ignored the problem democrats defended Fannie even after it was found they were cooking the books,and who ran Fannie, Franklin Reins big democrat appointed by Clinton.Another big player at Fannie democrat Janie Garlick she sat on the 9/11 commission.Reins walked off with 90 million Garlick over 20 million.Fannie has taken over 300 billion in bale out money and is still going to need between 200 and 500 billion more,bigger than all the banks and AIG combined.As Joe has said all the politicians are crooks and they need to go.

What plan is that?I think the only way to get special interest groups and their money out of politics is public financing of campaigns.But we will never see that because the system is set up for incumbents.

He has been in trouble since it was revealed that he got SPECIAL mortgages from Country Wide,saved him thousands of dollars.Now with this whole AIG think his opinion polls are at 33% and he gets beat by either of the 2 republicans. People in the state that have called his office never get a return call from the office and he is getting a lot of bad press here.The election is still over a year and a half away so there is no telling yet but he is in big trouble.
