Ok, the above says nothing really new, except for the mention of a new producer, which we expected anyway.  But I posted this because this isn't just any random blog posting.  This was posted today by Ian Halperin. 

Ian who?  At first that's what I wondered as well.  But it turns out that this guy is a well-known reporter who has won awards for investigative journalism, he contributed to 60 Minutes, and he has authored books on Celine Dion and Kurt Cobain.   Halperin isn't some kid from Lebanon who can access Google.    This guy is the real deal.

Now again, no real new information has been given above.  But when a guy who actually has real credentials in the journalism biz takes the time to blog about Shania and her comeback, this deserves some attention, I think.
