I am losing track of how many properties they hold now.

I think they've owned this for a while now.  I like to try and google earth these places to see what they look like and where they are so I can get an idea of where she is and what her surroundings are like.  Her home in Tour de Peliz doesn't have stables for horses.  I wonder where they are kept.  It would have to be near by there.  I was under the impression that Mutt had already bought and renovated a new house with stables but maybe he kept that property for himself and she's redoing this one on her own.

Does mutt own all the properties with shania, or does shania own any properties to herself, anyone know.

Someone here will claim to know but rest assured none of know much about such things as it is not our business.

I believe this property was bought last year when the Lange's were still "together."

So Shania is staying in Switzerland by the looks of things, which is an indication that her and Frederic are serious about each other and will no doubt settle down eventually. That Halperin guy must have been misinformed about her wanting to get away from the place for good. As for re-locating to New York, maybe this will just be a holiday home?

This place she bought is a ranch for relaxation on the weekend.
The place she will be living is the place she is  living now in Switzerland, her 15 million dolloar place they bought in 2007 on Lake  Geneva as the article stated back in June.
This ranch will also be a place for less than fortunate kids to hang out in the future when it is completed with all the animals.

Yes you are correct, this place was bought long ago.
There are was also an article about this afte the split where it said Shania will fix up this ranch and use it to ride  horses on the weekend and have unfortunate kids hang out and ride horses.

Went on google Earth last night and brought up the Chateau de Sully and it said that it was sold to a russian couple back in 2006.  Can't google earth the new place because it doesn't have a name and no address.  From the picture in the tabloids it looks to be right on Lake Geneva.  Does any on have the info on the current house?  I'd like to google earth it and see what it looks like.  The ranch she's fixing up looks to be a couple hours drive from Lake Geneva.

Do we know if the property in upper NYS ever got sold?

Requests for authorization are all signed by the business agent Robert Lang, the future ex-husband of Shania Twain.
If I understand correctly Mutt signed some documents so that Shania was the oqner of this property. Then it seems they were both the owner before?

I was under the impression that Mutt was already living there alone and that it is his.
Read it in one of the recent gossip articles. Don't know what is true and what's not.

well i guess one point you could make about mutts life style is, i bet he could go anywhere and not be noticed,unlike other celbs that if they go anywhere people are hounding them.I know i never new what he looked like until the divorce.

I personally do not see him as the regrets kind of a guy. He has always come across as cold and a loner, so I don't think this divorce is really affecting him in the least. And he could get any women that he wants to anyway. With his money and connections.

But with him being a three time loser now no woman is going to consider him much of a catch anymore unless she is after his money and I think he would go for a prenup this time, eh?

You are coming from a fans perspective though. He does not view her as "Wow, I am married to Shania!" he sees her as a real person, with real faults.

He could be really, really happy that the marriage is over and he does not have to live with her anymore, like a lot of men are after getting a divorce! lol

Fans look at it from a clouded perspective of "oh, she is so pretty! how could he leave her!!"

I am sure after awhile, he was used to her looks and they did not phase him, like most men in marriages!

Maybe she nagged him or annoyed him. I am sure there are plenty of things that she did that irritated him.

My guess is he had a whole lot more annoying ways and habits than Shania and she is probably going to be better off living the rest of her life without him.

Perhaps he does, or perhaps he does not. Nobody knows but them. I think some fans just look at her beauty and think that she must be so easy to live with and Mutt or any man should just wake up feeling blessed to be next to her and they just spend the day staring at her. Believe me, the looks thing wears off and at the end of the day, she is just another spouse that annoys, nags, and irritates her spouse.


And I think she is going to have a hard time not being with him. She seemed much more dependent on him than the other way around. He had no need to go anywhere with her in public. If he was that crazy about her, he would have gone with her to places.
