She will be one of those people that will look good into her 60's,but i do think she looks tired.Her hair is different to, isn't it?Looks a little wild,like she just got off a motorcycle or out of a convertible lol.But i don't know much about womens hair style so maybe its something new.

Maybe she is tired from all the globe hopping with Fred. All those different time zones eventually catches up with you. She looks amazing as always. Just my thoughts.

Yes - I went on to the designer's site as well - and I think that is the dress, since the theme is all about Africa at this year's 'ball'

....by the way....I wonder if Mutt went, on his own? Highly unlikely, but he IS from AFRICA - I'm sure that wasn't lost on Shania.

Finally...an event tying Switzerland and Africa....poor Mutt....crying in his chick pea salad.

Yes but that trip was May 2nd supposedly plenty of time to go somewhere else which they way they have been traveling I'll bet they did go somewhere else between. Seems they have itchy feet and a need to see the world. I'd love to see all those places you only ever get to read about and to do it with someone special. Talk about inspiring...

By the way, after reading the article Tommy posted and doing some digging, I may have found a full shot of the dress she's wearing. I'm not certain, but this may be the same gown. Nothing "not" nice about what I said. She looks older. She looks very tired. She is not young anymore.

I have always thought that she was one of the most beautiful woman in the world. And yes, I agree, compared to others her age, she looks good. She still is very pretty. But if we are going to be honest, she looks older and tired and her looks have faded.

Nothing mean about reality. It happens to every person as they age. Why do models retire? Why do athletes quit past 40? The body DOES age.

And I am not comparing her against anybody else, I comparing her against her. And her age is showing.

Shania seems to have gone low key with the makeup and is less tanned. Her hair looks especially pretty and it's a nice dress she's wearing.

She was probably the best looking woman there even on her worst day.

I agree with you STF1, age is nothing but a number and she always looks good. I remember America's Got Talent judge Piers Morgan sharing a flight with Shania a few years ago and even he thought she was younger.

I just looked at the close up at these new pictures and Shania looks just as gorgeous as ever and she doesn't need botox to make her face look weird like most celebs.

Looks like she did her own hair and makeup - that is why she looks good, but casual. It is rare to see Shania showing some leg, especially lower leg - always nice to see something a bit different. I hope we see more pics of Shania, and hear more about her releasing some music later this year! (fingers crossed)

Did anyone notice the ring on the third finger of her left hand? Wonder if it signifies anything and did anyone hear if she went alone or had an escort? Still wondering about these questions. She looks amazing as always. The first picture we got was not as good a quality and that's why everyone kept saying she looked tired. To me that picture looks a little blurry anyway. The other pics are better and she doesn't look tired at all. She never disappoints. She looks amazing and I hope this will be just the begining of her return. I'll bet she was really nervous as it has been a while since she has been in front of a crowd that big. It's only been since November but that seems like forever for the fans and I'll bet for her also as far as being nervous and not wanting the attention. Also it is her first major outing after the divorce since the awards show. Not counting all the globe hopping of course.

She looks like an aging Hispanic woman, which is not a bad thing. You know most Hispanics are mixed with Amerindian and European thus becoming mestizo. Of course, this is not including the blacks and Asians, but that's another topic all together. As Shania is aging, she looks more ethnic, less white. I can definitely see the Native American in her. She looks like the wise Indian. Age has a way of exposing the true character of a person. Just look at the over 40 celebs that look witchy. I won't name names unless I see it necessary. I did notice the ring too. Perhaps she is engaged with Freddy. If so, hope all goes well. I really loved the dress and shoes. Nice and unusual display of leg.

An engagement so soon after a divorce? It's obvious her and Frederic are keen on each other, what with all the travelling they've been doing together, but neither of them should be rushing into anything, I would think it'd be best to take things slow and there's their children's feelings to consider in all this.

Aging hispanic woman? I don't think so.

First of all the darker complexion is called a tan. Shania has started to tan more as she has gotten older. Before she had more pale skin but in the past 6 years she is tanning much more. Shania is Irish Canadian. Her adopted father was native.
I don't think we know what her real father is for sure. Shania's mother was irish.
I think she looked great and tanned more over the last few years and more sexy in my opinion than when she was pale and much skinny.
She has a better figure now and is better looking in my opinion.

Honestly I think less is more when it comes to Shania. The more natural the look the more beautiful. I think she is one of those women who can wear just a little make up and look just as stunning as if she had went to a pro and had the works done. Sometimes professionals do the makeup in the photo shoots and it is too much and doesn't look as appealing. She is one of those women who can also wear no makeup at all and is still stunning. She in my opinion has found a way to turn the clock back.

You must be looking at the first photo as the other photos are much better quality. I don't think she looks tired at all in the second photos that were posted. The very first photo was blurry which made her look tired to me also but then I saw the next set of photos and she looks amazing.
