The date on the pic is Oct. 17, 1992.

Yes, I know. But it doesn't look like it's from 1992 at all. Plus, she's got the exact same hair she had at the Juno's in 1996. Maybe the date on the camera was wrong.

The one of the left of Shania is Terri Clark. And this is not 92', more like 96' or so.

It is definitely not 1992 because in 1992 Shania wore big hair with backcombing. This looks more like 1997. Just compare with 1997 Junos:

I see the resemblance in the pic that I posted with the original pic. But I am not sure if it is her or not. Maybe her brown hair and her being ten years older in the pic you posted is throwing us off.

Whoever took that photo must have not altered the date for the year on the camera. This is from 1997 as I remember her doing a press conference in the red dress and she talked about what would become 'Come On Over', her biggest selling album.
