If you don't want to accept the fact that Shania and Mutt are OVER/divorced etc.... You are probably the type of person who believes in conspiracy theories too. You believe 9/11 was an 'inside job' and that Armstrong on the moon was staged/filmed on a Hollywood lot.

Whatever. Gee....Mutt must be pretty ticked off that his wife and her boyfriend had a romantic lunch on a glacier inside a red heart...drinking champagne. Can't wait to see more romantic photos of Shania and Fred when they come to Canada for Christmas.

Well i have to say a lot of people that have talked or written about the split have said their divorced.Several months ago VH1 did a small segment on there show celebrity divorces and they made a statement that Shania came to NY with Fred after her divorce.Its been about a year and a half so unless their fighting over something a good guess would be they are divorced.

You may be right but splitting up a billion dollars in assets might take a wee bit of time...

Shania gets a night as a fan

Shania Twain got the chance recently to take in a major music event that wasn't her own. On a recent trip to New York City, Shania attended the 25th Anniversary Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame concerts at Madison Square Garden as simply just a fan going to see performances by some of her musical heroes. Shania got to see performances by Simon and Garfunkel, Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen, John Fogerty, Mick Jagger and another one that she says had a profound effect on her.

In a recent blog post to shaniatwain.com, Shania wrote about watching Bonnie Raitt perform "Love Has No Pride." She admitted to "sobbing in the audience" while Bonnie sang, writing, "This is a song from my early childhood and it ripped at my heart to hear her soulful voice cry it out so painfully. I am a HUGE fan of Bonnie and have spent many hours listening to her CDs over the years. She is one of my absolute faves and so is that song."

Shania also says she enjoyed getting to be a fan. She added, "The whole night I was on the 'other side' of the fence, so to speak, taking in the music and the backstage experience like a true fan would. It's nice to step outside of my 'artist' self and just enjoy and admire what everyone else is doing for a change." The event ended up inspiring her artistically as well. "Knowing so many of the people backstage from crew to performers, agents, security, etc., I felt at home, but nothing was expected of me other than to be myself, hang, catch-up with friends and have a laugh," she adds. "Very good for the soul and super motivation to go home and keep writing music."
