Sorry I haven't posted earlier, but I have been VERY busy with Shania being in Toronto!

INDIGO
I was following alot of info regarding Shania on Twitter. I was following Indigo Books events @indigogreenroom and they sadly got me falsely hyper about getting a wristband bright and early on Monday morning.
They said that on SUNDAY, there were people already camping out. True, but only 3 people. So....I arrived to Indigo on Monday morning at 4:00 am to get a wristband. Wow! Only about 20 people in line at that point! Anyway, I waited until 8:00 am, then we went in, bought the book (again) and got a wristband. I went about my day at work (the wristband allows you to leave and come back later).
I went back in line around 4:00 pm, even though Shania wasn't signing until 7:00pm. The time flew by because of some really nice, fun people in line like Riley and Jamie (hellooo, if you are out there reading this).
Indigo staff were 'policing' the event as usual and constantly kept reminding the fans about no posed photos, no signing anything other than books. They also hearded us through VERY quickly.
I wanted to ask Shania about something she wrote about in her new book. She mentioned that her Irish grandmother used to make her Cream of Wheat. I thought, since her grandmother was Irish, maybe she made Shania Irish Old Fashioned Oatmeal (or porridge) so I went up to Shania to ask her that. As you know, Shania is a vegetarian. BUT...guess what the nerves did to me? Warbled my words! So, instead I said to Shania (very quickly) "Shania, when your Irish grandmother used to make you Cream of Meat.......ugh...meat! Meat!...Uh...I mean Cream of Wheat!" Shania made such a weird face at that moment! Hopefully she knows it was just nerves!
The best part that made up for the above, was going up to the EXTREMELY good looking (WAY better looking in person than in photos) and giving him a big HIGH FIVE and shaking his hand and telling him "THANK YOU for making Shania so happy again!!" I said Bonjour to him, and a couple of things in French. He was very, very friendly and I also said hi to Carrie, Shania's sister. Also a sweet doll!

CHFI
Oh, I ALMOST FORGOT: I was one of the winners of the CHFI "Up Close and Personal with Shania Twain" contest.
I only found out I was a winner on the weekend, and I won 2 passes to today's (Tuesday) radio interview with Shania.
They were equally strict, but no flash photography and no questions, no autographs! Anyway, I got up very close (second row) to see Shania! Good interview and I took some good photos!

I have photos and videos. Will try to post some photos, but the iPhone videos are a REAL challenge. I can't seem to open them on my PC. I have a good one of Fred waving to me, and more....I need a techie!!
Did u try just using windows? Plug in the iPhone and let it sync. XP gives me the window that says "what do want to do with these photos?" and click onto the window file. Copy and paste where ever you want them at.

I have WINDOWS but no Microsoft Office Suite, so maybe I am missing something. I was able to transfer the photos from my iPhone onto my PC, and they are saved as .MOV files, but when I click to open them, I can't see the movie.
Now, I took some video with my actual camera, and those as well are saved as .MOV files, those I can open on my PC.
I have GOOD videos too!

Fred (He's so cute!) and Shania's sister trying to understand who is that "crazy" women screaming over their direction I think they could barley hear her and tried to read her lips it seems like she went to hunt Fred yeah I'll do the same.
On another video I have noticed Carrie has the SAME laugh of Shania and sometimes she sound a lot like her I'm noticing the very small interesting things.
Hi Tommy let me make it clear I used the word "Crazy" after seeing that video and reading the description "Loonie" herself wrote below the vid. Had no meaning to offend anyone, She had great luck in meeting Shania what a happy good soul this member is. That video actually made me smile in a way seeing the adorable fans of Shania. Thanks for making order with this message of mine there was time I was busy and lost many new videos of Shania but once in while I went to check if any new single is coming soon and did what I should had done long time ago to register again to some Shania fan Forums Cheers
