This is a new Shania, She seems to be interacting with all the big country stars tonight. Photos and just seems so happy and to have Fred with her makes things so great. I hope she wears a dress instad of the black curtain outfit to present the award LOL
I like the thigh high boots, but Shania looks best when she shows off her tiny waist in something more fitted. I am not a fan of the curly hair. I don't think she used a stylist.
