A Russian girl who now lives in the USA attended 2 Shania's shows. The first one was in December and the second one was in spring. The first time I asked her about the tracklist she wrote she could not remember Don't! And according to her after the second show Shania didn't sing Don't! Instead she sang a short version of The Woman In Me with the audience. So there's a mistake in the tracklist that we have. Can anybody else confirm or deny it?
Is this the correct tracklist then? Because the one I found during the first shows (and I think it also was posted here) contained "Don't!"?
"I'm Gonna Getcha Good!" "You Win My Love" "Don't Be Stupid (You Know I Love You)" "Up!" "I Ain't No Quitter" "No One Needs to Know" "Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?" "Any Man of Mine" "That Don't Impress Me Much" "Honey, I'm Home" "(If You're Not in It for Love) I'm Outta Here!" "Carrie Anne" (with RyanDan) "Come on Over" "Rock This Country!" "Today Is Your Day" "You're Still the One" "From This Moment On" Encore "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!"
That's correct. It is the same setlist I posted back on December 2 from media reports and articles. But I do remember someone posting that Shania sang "Don't!"
1. I'm Gonna Getcha Good!
2. You Win My Love
3. Don't Be Stupid (You Know I Love You)
4. Up!
5. I Ain't No Quitter
6. No One Needs To Know
7. Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under
8. Any Man Of Mine
9. That Don't Impress Me Much
10. Honey, I'm Home
11. If You're Not In It For Love (I'm Outta Here)
12. Hey, Carrie Anne (Hollies cover with RyanDan)
13. Come On Over
14. Rock This Country
15. Today Is Your Day
16. Still The One
17. From This Moment On
(Encore)
18. Man! I Feel Like A Woman!

Nah she hasn't sang "Don't!". There's an audio clip on YouTube with the whole opening night and there's no Don't. Too bad cause it's such a beautiful song that suits her new voice so well.
I would love her to put that song in the show. But on the other hand, most of the people who are going to see the show are no real fans. By that, I mean that they know her hits, but they might not know Don't since it was released a while after UP! and it has never been a hit as a single over here in the Netherlands (don't know about the US though).
That is the downside from the Vegas show. A lot of people/fans will not, or can not go to Vegas to see the show. I mean, I paid like 2000 dollars to go and see Shania in Vegas. I understand many people can't afford that. A lot of people in Vegas are tourists and might go and see the show while they might not even know Shania's music that well.
When I was there on opening night, there was a couple who left after a while because 'it was not what they expected, and that Shania Twain was not their cup of tea'. I think that is a shame, since there are plenty of fans who would practically given everything to be there that night.
But I guess that is the downside of doing a Vegas show. I am glad she did it, since it gave me the chance to finally see her perform live. but I feel bad for the people who can't go there. I hope they'll put the show on a DVD or so, so they can still see it.

Shania's still the one: Canada's country queen takes Vegas
Shania Twain, one of the most successful female country artists of all time, is beginning a two-year stint in Las Vegas with a show titled "Shania: Still the One." Twain says while critics still make her nervous, the show is for the fans.

It's a wonderful show. I was there for opening night Dec 1st last year and went to the SKC after party as well. Shania was super excited and emotional, but very happy to be back. We're going again for her 1st anniversary Dec 1st, 2013 and the Nov 30th show so maybe they'll do something new.
I know for the Country set she didn't wander into the Orchestra area and she just started doing that for her 3rd leg or so. And I know she didn't send Fred out to the mezzanine levels to find people for the camp fire till maybe her 2nd leg of the show. I think she definitely misses the contact with the fans which shows how much she loves us all really which is why she's making it definitely more fan active. =) She's so sweet! Here's a video I put together for the event and color me shocked because I was the first official interview at Caesar's. When I go back I'll try to get more and I'm keeping my ears to the ground for another SKC party! I have heaps of pictures as well so let me know if you're interested in those. Some of my pics are on the SKC webpage.
Britney Spears Move Over Shania ... My Vegas Show Rocks!
July 18, 2013
Britney Spears will announce in several weeks her Vegas deal we told you about 2 months ago ... and as it was put to us, "It's not your father's Shania Twain concert."
Sources connected with the deal tell us ... Britney will bring a "cool, hip club-like show" to Planet Hollywood. We're told it will NOT feel like a run-of-the-mill concert -- the vibe is very different. And the show will change on a fairly regular basis.
We're told the deal also includes appearances Britney will make at various pool parties, as well as the Planet Hollywood nightclub.
BTW ... there are reports Britney talked to the judge in her conservatorship case about her upcoming Vegas shows. Not true. Our sources -- and they are extremely reliable -- say not a word was mentioned. The judge has long been down with the show.
Summerside woman gets thrill of a lifetime at Shania Twain concert
By Ryan Cooke | July 22, 2013 | Summerside, Prince Edward Island, Canada
Barb Strongman holds the book she bought and the top hat she caught at a recent Shania Twain concert in Las Vegas. After catching the hat, Strongman got a special invitation from the songstress.
For all she’s gone through, to spend time meeting with fans like that is incredible - Barb Strongman
Being escorted out of a Las Vegas hotel by security guards doesn’t typically lead to positive results, but for Barb Strongman, it was the experience of a lifetime.
As soon as she heard about her husband Barry’s meetings in Las Vegas, Barb went online to find tickets for Shania Twain’s Caesar’s Palace production.
She’s been a fan of Twain’s for years, and has followed the Canadian country icon’s ups and downs markedly.
“I just love her,” she said. “Her music, her story. Everything.”
Barb managed to get seats near the stage, on the outside of the row (“Barry enjoys his foot room,” she chuckled) with a great view of the stage.
As the concert went on, Twain got more and more involved with the crowd, walking up and down the aisles, shaking hands and giving hugs.
Every time she came down into the crowd, however, she was nowhere near the Strongmans.
“Oh shoot,” Barb recalls saying. “She’s not going to come anywhere near us.”
After returning to the stage, Twain began playing a song dedicated to her late mother, someone who had a large impact on her life.
“I started getting really emotional,” Barb said. “My mother passed away about two years ago, so it struck pretty close to home.”
Twain played a set of slower-paced songs, and went offstage briefly. Before long, she was back out in an elaborate, all-black trench coat-type outfit, complete with a top hat and went back to her ’90s rocking country tunes.
Before long, the coat was stripped away to reveal a black dress, and the top hat came flying into the audience.
It started out on a low trajectory, sweeping over the centre of the crowd and curling to the side. Barb didn’t stand up or reach out. She just simply raised her hand.
“I didn’t even see it coming,” she said. “My husband said he saw the hat curl out over the crowd, like a Frisbee, and then start to tail over towards us. And then my hand just shot up and I caught it.”
Sitting there in her glee, Strongman forgot all about missing out on hugging Twain during the show.
Then came a tap on her shoulder, and she turned to see a big, burly security guard standing over her.
“Excuse me,” he said. “Can you come with me?”
Strongman immediately got defensive.
“My first thought was he was going to ask for the hat back. There was no way I was giving it up.”
Reluctantly, she got up out of her seat to follow the guard.
“Is there anybody else with you?” He asked her.
At this point she began to think maybe she had won something, like an autographed picture or t-shirt.
Seeing the confused look on her face, the guard spoke up.
“Didn’t you read the inside of the hat?”
As she turned the hat over in her hands, Strongman read an invitation hand-written by Twain to meet her backstage after the concert.
Immediately, her suspicion and wonder turned into sheer glee.
“I was so excited,” she said. “I was like a little girl at Christmas.”
The security guard led her out of the theatre, communicating over his headset with his coworkers.
“I’ve got her,” he said. “We’re on our way out now.”
From the theatre, the Strongmans were led to the lobby, where a different guard took them. They then went down floor-by-floor, being handed off to different guards along the way, until they were somewhere below the stage.
“Wait here for a minute,” a guard advised them. “The show is almost over.”
He told Barb and Barry to take all the time they wanted with her, and insisted she didn’t mind meeting fans.
After finishing her final encore, Shania Twain, the all-time best selling female country artist, walked through the doors and met with the Strongmans.
“She was so nice,” Barb said. “You could tell she was in no rush to go anywhere.”
Upon introducing themselves, Barb told her how they were also Canadian, and they began talking about Prince Edward Island.
Twain told them how she had been to P.E.I. once for a gig, before her career took off. Barb told her about the Cavendish Beach Music Festival, something Twain seemed very interested in.
They exchanged small talk for 15 minutes and took pictures together before Twain headed to her dressing room and the Strongmans were escorted out again.
It’s 15 minutes Barb says she’ll never forget.
“She was so beautiful, inside and out,” she said. “For all she’s gone through, to spend time meeting with fans like that is incredible.”
The way she handled herself was indicative of her roots, Strongman said.
“It was an incredibly proud moment to be Canadian.”
"It was great meeting you as well, Barb. I teared up reading what you said about your experience at my show. It means a lot to me that what I do mattered so much to you. Looking forward to meeting the next hat catcher in October!"

She posted this message near nashville. I really hope she's there for music business this time !
It was somebody from her record label or management team. Shania rarely posts things herself. Plus according to the picture with the basketball player that was posted today, it looks like she is still in Switzerland.

Twins lead a double life in Cookstown and Las Vegas
By Bruce Hain | July 24, 2013
Ryan (right) and Dan Kowarsky perform in Las Vegas with Canadian music icon Shania Twain and her sister, Carrie Brown.
The brothers like nothing better than playing with their two dogs and the pets staying for the day, or longer, at their Camp Cookstown.
From Cookstown, Ontario to Las Vegas isn’t your typical commute.
Yet for Ryan and Dan Kowarsky, romping with the assorted dogs that come to stay at their 45-acre “ranch” on Simcoe Rd. 56 can be as exciting and fulfilling as singing for thousands of people.
The twin brothers have enjoyed a musical journey that has taken them around the world, first as popular boy band b4-4, then now on stage at Caesars Palace, appearing in Still the One with Shania Twain, one of Canada’s premier talents. The show began a two-year-run last year.
The youngest two of five children they grew up in Thornhill and shared the lead role in a high school production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat before getting their professional start in the business in a very proactive manner.
They went to Sony Music and asked to meet with executives. Gently rebuffed, they began singing in the lobby until they were noticed by a vice-president and producer.
“We were signed the next day,” Ryan says. “We went home and told our father. He looked at us and said, ‘That’s nice.’”
Their dad is Paul, an accomplished operatic singer and cantor and their mom is Adele Gould.
Their first performance in front of an audience was for 10,000 Girl Guides and Scouts at SkyDome in 2000.
“We had never been onstage before,” Ryan says.
“Ryan even got sick beforehand,” Dan laughs.
Their recording sessions began in earnest and the young men received a Juno nomination in 2001 for Best New Group but lost out to Alberta-based rockers Nickelback.
An extensive international career ensued in the years since, culminating in the release of several albums.
Yet the constant touring weighed heavily on the brothers as they had to leave their dogs, Tia and Sienna, behind in kennels.
This led to a real estate search for a property the twins could convert to accommodate themselves and serve as a year-round retreat for their dogs and other furry friends.
“We found a house no one wanted,” Ryan recalls. “We had it fixed up and we had Mennonites build a heated and air-conditioned horse barn to be a home for dogs we would take in.”
Dubbed Camp Cookstown, the facility offers doggie day care services, grooming, training and photography.
The Kowarskys employ 10 people at the camp and are also known for taking in strays.
A few years ago, one of their albums deeply touched Twain, who had gone through a very difficult personal time.
“We were told she loved our album RyanDan,” Ryan says.
“The album RyanDan brought me to my knees in complete, uncontrollable tears and also gave me a feeling of peace and inspiration,” Twain was quoted as saying on the duo’s facebook page.
“Shania then signed to do a Vegas show for two years and she wanted us,” Ryan says.
“When our manager called, we didn’t believe it at first,” Dan says.
They have fond memories singing in Twain’s hotel.
“Shania’s an amazing, sweet person,” Dan says. “She’s like your next door neighbour.”
The next series of Still the One shows begin Oct. 15 and run until Dec. 14. It will resume production in 2014.
Still the One alternates with shows by Celine Dion and Elton John, Ryan says.
“It’s an amazing experience sharing the same stage as these performers,” Dan says. “Some nights, you’re looking around and sometimes you almost forget the lyrics. Many celebrities have attended the show. They are such fans of Shania.”
“She really commands a room,” Ryan says. “We’re so happy to be living the life we’re living.”
For all the glitter and bright lights, the brothers agree in unison there is one major shortcoming staying in Las Vegas.

What do Pink, Shania Twain and up-and-comer Cher Lloyd have in common? They have all worked withcelebritystylistand costume designer Jordan Stolch, who fueled her passion for fashion at a young age. “When I was younger I would wear my mother’s old dresses and jewelry around the house. As I got older I would buy fashion magazines and study them,” Stolch told Spy. “I started my Vogue collection around this time and haven’t missed an issue since.” Now, Stolch is wrapping up her recent style credits, including Pink’s “The Truth About Love” tour and Shania Twain’s “Still the One” series. This fall, she will join Cher Lloyd’s “I Wish” tour. Here, Stolch talks style among celebs and brands fit for dancing feet.
What are some of the standout looks for Lloyd’s upcoming tour? “I am working with a lot of up-and-coming designers on this project because I love collaborating with new talent. For this tour, fans can expect to see a ‘new’ Cher. We are stepping up the style ante with more grown-up looks and fashion-forward pieces. You will see Cher taking it back to her more urban days with one-of-a-kind streetwear pieces and amazing footwear.”
What are some of Lloyd’s favorite footwear brands and styles? “Because Cher spends so much time on stage, she loves footwear that is fashion-forward but still provides her the security to move. We have a few great-heeled combat boots that we’ve been using lately. Cher loves super-high heels, but doesn’t get the opportunity to wear them as much. These are great for photo shoots or appearances. Brands she adores are Jimmy Choo, Christian Louboutin, Jeffrey Campbell and Sam Edelman.”
You’ve done wardrobe for Pink and Shania Twain, who have dramatically different looks. How would you describe their on-stage style? “The style direction for Pink’s tour was very street oriented and uninhibited. There was a lot of bold color and print use, paired with unexpected silhouettes. For Shania’s tour, the direction was much more classic and feminine and played to her very sophisticated nature.”
six01 teamed up with LA based production company Allucinari to create an epic cinematic introduction for country star Shania Twain's new stage show 'Still The One' in Las Vegas. The short film will open every show at Caesars Palace for the next two years.

Shania Twain announces 2014 Vegas show dates, prepares to wrap up first full year of residency
By Associated Press | Monday, October 14, 2013
LAS VEGAS — Shania Twain has added another 15 dates to her Las Vegas performing calendar.
Tickets for shows scheduled from Jan. 22 to Feb. 15 go on sale Friday.
The country superstar already has performances of "Shania: Still the One" set through October and into November to round out her first full year at Caesars Palace.
The five-time Grammy winner known for hits such as "Any Man of Mine" and "That Don't Impress Me" made her debut last December shortly after parading down the Las Vegas Strip on horseback.
Her show features trained horses, a live band and a flying motorcycle.
It's set at the Colosseum, home to fellow Canadian songstress Celine Dion.
I am aiming at the shows in June... I want to go back so badly. I told myself it's ridiculous, that it is way too expensive, but I want to go so badly... Unfortunately I have to go to college in January and February, but I don't have to go to the uni on June/July. I hope they announce those shows as early as they announced these, so I'll have plenty of time to arrange things. Might want to combine it with an internship at a local veterinary clinic or something. I am always excited when they announce new shows, even though I know I cannot attend :P .

No, I read a review from a fan and she said Shania hasn't made any notable changes to the show. She sat more in the audience, though, I think during "Any Man of Mine" or "Honey, I'm Home".
No new songs
Maybe she'll add new songs or replace them in her second year. I'd like her to sing FAFA too.

Country superstar Shania Twain welcomes #SpiritDay sweepstakes winner to Vegas
By Alexandra Bolles, Programs and Communications Fellow | October 22, 2013
Larry took the Spirit Day pledge earlier this month to support LGBT youth and stand up against bullying by wearing purple. So, in return, he got a trip for two to Las Vegas, where he met country-pop music sensation Shania Twain.
Everyone who took the pledge was automatically entered to win the Spirit Day Sweepstakes, which included a trip for two to Las Vegas courtesy of Delta Air Lines, a two-night stay at Caesars Palace courtesy of Caesars Entertainment, two tickets to SHANIA: STILL THE ONE at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, and a post-show meet-and-greet with the world's best-selling female country artist of all time, Shania Twain. Larry was lucky enough to be the winner, despite not even realizing he had been entered in a sweepstakes.
"I'd never met anyone who won a sweepstakes, let alone been the person to win a sweepstakes," Larry told GLAAD in an exclusive interview. He kept thinking, "'It's going to be one of those scam things, I'm sure. What's the catch? What do I have to do?' But Seth [GLAAD's Senior Manager of Communications] said…'all you have to do is have fun.'"
Larry, who was accompanied by Steven, his partner of five years, said the whole trip "went off without a hitch…Caesars Palace was incredible…Shania's concert was awesome. The venue itself, The Colosseum, was unlike any theater I'd ever been in." -- a big compliment, coming from a musical theather enthusiast.
He described his evening with Shania as "really, really neat. [We were] whisked backstage to meet Shania…It was so amazing to be face to face with such an accomplished woman."
Speaking of neat women, Larry was able to sneak some overdue family time into the trip. He was able to visit with his mom, who lives in Las Vegas, and whom he had not seen in a year.
As "awesome" as the trip was for Larry and Steven, he emphasized the significance of Spirit Day and its message: "The more important thing is [Spirit Day's] education about LGBT youth and awareness."
When asked why he decided to go purple in the first place, Larry told GLAAD, "I grew up knowing I was gay at a very young age but there was nothing around me that was gay…It was a big no-no. I literally grew up in the woods of Missouri and there was nowhere for me to go, no one for me to talk about it…no going anywhere with this for me." He added that while he eventually realized his parents would be there to support him, Larry struggled against bullies in school who would tease and hurt him for being gay and for not meeting their standards of masculinity.
"So I took the pledge…for the kids who are in small rural towns. Hopefully now with social media, they can see campaigns from [places like] GLAAD, The Trevor Project, [and] The It Gets Better Project."
“Good Morning America” anchor and breast cancer survivor Robin Roberts was invited onstage by Shania Twain at the Colosseum in Caesars Palace for the campfire scene during the resident headliner show “Still the One.” Shania sang several songs with her and told the audience that included Carrot Top and “Rock of Ages” at the Venetian star Mark Shunock that Robin was her “mentor in courage.” The foursome met backstage after the show.
