Here is a picture of Shania and Bonnie Raitt at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland. The festival, one of the best known summer music events in Switzerland, is under way for the first time without founding director Claude Nobs, who died in January. The event began July 4 and will run through July 21.

Bonnie Raitt was my highlight at the Montreux Jazz Festival this year. Her voice was impeccable.
