Did Shania Twain have plastic surgery?

The country music star sparked rumors after she made an appearance as a guest mentor on NBC’s The Voice! Contestants got an extra-special treat when she helped coaches Adam Levine, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, and Alicia Keys prepare for this week’s performances — and the singer looked so different that fans couldn’t help but wonder if she went under the knife.

“Holy Botox, what happened to Shania Twain?” one fan tweeted, and other fans gushed over how great the “That Don’t Impress Me Much”singer looks at her age — but it might not all be natural.

The 51-year-old’s face looks a lot fuller and plumper now than it did in her 30s — back in the 1990s when she was the reigning queen of country music. Two leading NYC-based doctors have weighed in with their expert analysis and they exclusively revealed to Life & Style what kind of procedures she could have undergone in order to maintain her youthful appearance.

"Shania's eyebrows have maintained their nice elevated arch, and her forehead looks smooth and natural," NYC dermatologist Dr. Kenneth Mark said, and he credits Botox for her look.

“She appears to have filler under her lower eyelids to maintain her youthful look," NYC-based plastic surgeon Dr. Yoel Shahar observed. "She's also likely had Botox to her crow's feet."

“Injections of Voluma have seemingly lifted her cheeks. The excellent placement was subtle — avoiding an overly plumped look,” Dr. Mark added. "Such a youthful angular jawline points to Ultherapy.”

The doctors suggest that Shania had regular Botox and filler injections and also underwent a nonsurgical treatment that uses ultrasound waves to tighten and tone skin.

Either way, the “Still the One” singer looks great at her age — and fans are delighted that they’ll be seeing a lot more of her! She made history as the first-ever fifth coach to join The Voice and she’s gearing up to debut her first single — from her first studio album in more than a decade — at the Stagecoach Festival later this week.

I think Shania has a rounder face because she has gained a bit of weight. I see wrinkles and bags in close up photos, (not here) and she is aging beautifully and naturally.

Not a chance lol She is very active and keeps in great shape and has not gained weight. You honestly think she would start her come back gaining weight lol She got in great shape for her comeback. The rounder face is because yes she does take botox, it is very obvious.  But big deal!! Why are fans so surprised she would try botox? I don't think any less of her and if it makes her feel better then great. And please you see bags? lol Seriously i don't blame all these celebs getting work done with all these people looking for every single bit of imperfection from a close up pic lol  I know you a big fan but it is okay to admit Shania does use botox and maybe had a bit of work done I could tell  right away but i don't judge her and I understand the pressure women are under to look perfect in the industry.  And by the way i don't find most celebs attractive at all, they are fake and not even good looking most of them.  I find Shania very naturally beautiful and one of the few who is actually a celeb and attractive. I still thinks she looks pretty even though she had some botox and minor work done.

I think Loonie Echo meant gaining weight since she was 30. She's still in incredible shape but she has said it herself, she doesn't have the body she had in the late 1990s/early 2000s. It's part of the aging process. She still looks damn good, I'd kill to look that good, especially at 51!!

She still looks natural (enough) to me, but I spotted the use of botox as well since the Vegas run. Especially clear on the DVD where she looks way different than at the beginning of the run (where she was a bit slimmer). But don't get me wrong, she looks stunning and stylish as ever and doesn't overdo it.
