Shania on "Lip Sync Battle" - Date TBA

The TV show "Lip Sync Battle" just released its Season 4 trailer preview and Shania will take part in a Shania Twain tribute episode coming up this season. It doesn't look like she will actually be in a lip syncing competition. Other guest celebrities will be lip syncing Shania's songs. The show is hosted by LL Cool J and Chrissy Teigen (who is dressed up like Shania in her "MIFLAW" music video).

Season 4 premieres Thursday, January 25 at 10:00pm ET/PT on Paramount Network (formerly Spike).

New episodes of "Lip Sync Battle" begin June 14 (with Alicia Silverstone vs. Mena Suvari according to my on-screen program guide). Still no airdate of the Shania Twain tribute show.

As seen in this new promo, Shania did in fact attend the taping of the episode in which celebrities will be lip-syncing Shania's songs.

According to my DirecTV on-screen program guide, the "Lip Sync Battle" Shania Twain tribute episode will air June 21 at 10:30pm ET/PT on Paramount Network.

Nicole Scherzinger Channels Her Inner Shania Twain In 'Lip Sync Battle': Video Preview

Man! Nicole Scherzinger really feels like winning this competition. 

On the next episode of Lip Sync Battle, the former Pussycat Dolls stand out performs her rendition of Shania Twain's 1999 hit "Man! I Feel Like A Woman!"

On the side of the stage watching? Shania Twain herself, alongside commentator Chrissy Teigen. No pressure. 

Airing Thursday (June 21), Scherzinger goes head to head with Dancing With The Stars veteran Derek Hough. In the preview, Scherzinger is seen getting messy in a pile of dirt to a very impressed Twain. "You owned it!" the country star commended.

Watch Derek Hough Channel Shania Twain on 'Lip Sync Battle' (Exclusive)

We're pretty sure that impressed Shania Twain much! 

Derek Hough performs one heck of a tribute to the 53-year-old singer during Thursday's episode of Lip Sync Battle -- in front of Twain herself. The World of Dance star puts on his dancing shoes as he gets down to "Any Man of Mine," and ET's got an exclusive first look!

Hough, donning a fringe jacket and blue jeans, shakes it across the floor with Twain and Chrissy Teigen cheering him on from one side of the room, and his competitor, Nicole Scherzinger, taking it in with LL Cool J from the other. 

"You have to come and choreograph this for my tour!" Twain exclaims after his performance, as Hough adorably freaks out. 

"I'll be your backup dancer all day!" he replies.

Shania Twain and Derek Hough get 'hitched' on 'Lip Sync Battle'

Derek Hough battled Nicole Scherzinger on Thursday’s Lip Sync Battle, as the show paid tribute to Shania Twain. And even though Hough ultimately won the belt at the end of the night, he was there to claim a different prize: the evening’s guest of honor: Twain herself.

Before performing his last and what would be his belt-clinching song, “From This Moment,” Hough professed his boyhood love of the country music star.

“I’m so glad there are so many people here tonight to witness my 16-year-old fantasy come true,” Hough said, looking right at Twain. “I love you.”

Hough pulled Twain from her seat and proceeded to use the song as a backdrop for his staging a fake proposal, a fake wedding, and fake family photos complete with two blonde-haired boys.

The performance sparked some ribbing from show commentator Chrissy Tiegen about coming off a little creepy, which Hough didn’t help by joking that it was all real.

But Twain saw things a different way, saying, “It was beautiful, and I really did feel swept off my feet.” 

Lip Sync Battle airs Thursdays at 10:30 p.m. on Paramount Network.
