Fun fact! @seanpenn directed the music video for 'Dance With The One That Brought You' after he reached out to my label to request the job! Fond memories ❤️ We shot it in the spring of 1993 in LA and he was so kind during the shoot, even helping me out financially before my album took off... 30 years ago today, Shania released her self-titled debut album Shania Twain. It contains the singles "What Made You Say That", "Dance With The One That Brought You" and "You Lay A Whole Lot Of Love On Me". In 1999 the album was certified Platinum for 1 million copies.

The album that kick started my career is 30 years old… wow. The first album photoshoot, shot next to a very real wolf(!) and my latest album photoshoot, with a gorgeous horse - after all the years, my love for animals hasn’t dwindled!! 😂 Happy 30th(!!)
