I also think that for some songs, especially the big hits, she uses playback. The most disappointing is on That don't impress me much, not natural at all (whereas on Today show or recently with GMA it sounded alive). I think she starts MIFLAW live but the rest is recorded (too high). And she sure must be incapable of singing From this moment on live. She just has to sing differently, I love her voice on Christmas carols although it is a bit fragile. No one needs to know, still the one or even Love gets me everytime seems more live, but maybe they are partly recorded ... There must be live anyway when she jumps or speaks, we can see it. Perhaps software is also improving her voice with the live microphone.
The only songs she sings live are Party for Two, those two Christmas songs she added for this leg of her residency and the first part of You're Still The One. All the other songs are pre-recorded. If you watch the Now Tour videos on youtube you realize she's using the same backing tracks. She obviously recorded Love Gets Me Every Time, You Win My Love and No One Needs to Know especially for this residency. Oh, and Forever and For Always too even if it's not included in these shows. From This Moment On is the same track she's been using since 2012 for her first Vegas residency.
I don't know why she uses the album version for the Man! I Feel Like a Woman! finale, right after the last chorus. It's so obvious. She's been using it since the Now Tour.
That's what I figured. It's really obvious. I know she is capable of singing MIFLAW live because the 2019 AMA performance appeared to be live except for the really high parts of the chorus. In that performance, the verses sounded different than the track she used for the Now Tour and uses for Let's Go and she did not use the album version for the ending. Her voice issues are so sad but I am glad she is back on stage.
So this means there will only be a total of 38 shows. Maybe Shania is planning on a tour in support of her new album.

Vegas DONE 🔥 It felt so good to be back with you all ❤️ Bring on more fun in 2022! February dates on sale now and final shows on sale this Friday #LetsGoVegas
I wonder if 38 shows were originally planned for this residency or Shania had to cut its running due to other plans she has for 2023.
Or maybe Zappos has other artists booked for 2023 and there's no space available for her.

Assuming Shania is back in Las Vegas for her shows which begin again on Friday, I bet she'll be attending today's NHL All-Star Game at T-Mobile Arena. She is a huge hockey fan.
The NFL Pro Bowl is also tomorrow in Las Vegas.

One of Shania’s dancers posted what song she sang for her Valentine’s set last night.
So "Can't Help Falling In Love" by Elvis Presley will be part of every show during this leg. She did say she has a special Valentine's Day show. We'll see. She never has a show on Monday.

Shania is not singing FAFA. Maybe she'll start singing it again after Valentine's Day. She's currently singing those Valentine's songs by Coldplay and Elvis Presley.

Idk why she keeps on singing live when her voice clearly doesn't support her anymore.
Plus, the difference between the live parts and the pre-recorded ones is so big that she can't possibly think we don't realize she doesn't sing live 95% of the time
Very good Youtube videos of Shania's new acoustic "Cant't Help Falling in Love" and "Fix You". Shania makes a slip-up on Elvis' song. What a beautiful voice! It was in Las Vegas, February 11, 2022.
Idk why she keeps on singing live when her voice clearly doesn't support her anymore. Plus, the difference between the live parts and the pre-recorded ones is so big that she can't possibly think we don't realize she doesn't sing live 95% of the time
My problem with her lipsyncing versus singing live is that when she is lip syncing it is so obvious. The prerecorded tracks she uses are heavily autotuned and sound robotic in my opinion while her live voice sounds very rough and raw. I think the most obvious use of it is the ending of Man I Feel Like a Woman because she uses the album version for the ending and the track she used for You're Still the One for the 1st Vegas residency and her two subsequent tours and appearances promoting the Now album. It's really a shame how her Lyme's Disease has affected her voice. At the start of her first Vegas residency her voice sounded pretty good but by the Rock this Country tour it sounded terrible. She sang live in 2017 and she sounded decent but the Now Tour and the Let's Go Residency are >90% prerecorded. I think it's really sad that she uses playback for Life's About to Get Good and Swingin because those are two of her newer songs. It really makes me wonder about future new music.
Looks like during the Valentine Day show, she didn't perform No One Needs to Know and sang Elvis' Fools Rush In. Plus, a couple renewed their 10 years marriage on stage.
***During last night's show, Shania said her dog Melody is 10 years old and Switzerland does not allow dogs over 10 to fly on airplanes internationally. I guess for health/safety precautions for the dog.

Best surprise ever!! 😍 Thank you to all of my amazing fans for coming and an extra special thank you to Chris Martin for performing a few songs with me to make the show even more special… A life dream realised! I wanted to live in that moment forever ❤️ @coldplay #letsgovegas
Ditto Tommy. We need a tour dvd once this whole thing ends especially considering we were told by Shania herself she was recording the Now Tour yet nothing ever came from that.
Shania's interactions with her fans during the Feb. 23 show. Here is the Youtube video. Shania sings a capella some excerpts from Man! I feel like a woman! and If you're not in it for love. She sounds good.
