[NEED HELP] REVLON TV COMMERCIAL FROM 2000

So, I have been working on a Revlon project about Shania's campaign in 1999-2000. I have found a lot of information about it came about and even some of the commercials. However, one commercial is still missing from the Internet. Here's a few things about it:

- The product advertised is the Revlon Colorstay Liquid Lip.

- The commercial I have looking for is Shania in a leather outfit and straight hair (view attachment picture).

- The background song playing is Man! I Feel Like A Woman.

- I believe it is a 30-second commercial.

So, if any of you have this on tape, I would like to see it again. I am sure that many fans will love to see this again too. Thank you for your help

I don't think I've ever seen the commercial you're looking for posted online. If I find it I'll let you know.

These are the only ones I've seen.

Thank you for your response. So, I have seen those too while researching (I also heard that the commercial with the MIFLAW outfit got banned; no clue why). I also found commercials of Revlon with the song in the background with Salma Hayek and Cindy Crawford. Let's continue our research ッ

''MAN! I FEEL LIKE A WOMAN'' music video vs. Revlon commercial : same lipstick??

Ok, here me out. I think I'm going crazy confuse.gif

Because I am into a Revlon focus for a future video on my Youtube channel, I have searched so many things, from shades released to the campaign itself. Later on, I was watching the official music video for MIFLAW and noticed something... odd disbelief.gif

If you look at the first attached picture, you see her rocking a pink-red lip color (shade called Punch). Then, the next picture is from the music video and wears... a different color.

I know both instances have been taken in different moments, but I always thought she wore a red lipstick in the music video ashamed.gif

oof...

RE: [NEED HELP] REVLON TV COMMERCIAL FROM 2000

**Sorry if this too old of a thread to reply to!! hmm **

You're not crazy, I think most people familiar with that classic music video would picture her in darker, bolder lipstick, but I'm guessing they actually used a softer color for her lips in the original music video due to the contrast already provided by her dark smokey eye makeup as well as the black/white suit on the dark red background.

They could use darker lipstick for her Revlon ads because she never fully replicated her entire MIFLAW outfit with the Robert Palmer red background for the ads; she was either on a plain white background, or only wearing her final outfit from the music video, with the black corset and hat, so her lipstick could be given more of a color pop.

Strangely, the one Revlon ad where she came closest to the full MIFLAW costume used a version of her tuxedo coat that was a non-shiny/glossy fabric, unlike the satin one from her video.  Not sure if that was because they didn't have the original jacket from Marc Bouwer so they had to make a knock-off version or what happened there.
