I have been livning near Timmins, Ontario since 2013 and had the chance to see a few Shania Twain items in the city. I have, sadly, never visited the Centre due to its closing around that same time.
The pictures are from my personal collection (FIY I'm not a great photographer, just a big fan of hers) and you can see the billboards when entering the city as well as some items from her homecoming and record deal (found at the Timmins library). I hope you guys like these ッ
If you guys check out Timmins in 2020, I am sad to report that the plaque erected in 1996 is now locked from sight. Last update was made in 2017(?) where thne plaque has been moved on Third Avenue, next to a bakery. Since then, the shop has changed many times until being vacant. This is the closest I got in September 2020 (check attachments). All the gates are locked (I checked everywhere). I just hope the city will find a way where the plaque will be shown again for the public without causing any trouble with COVID...
