Shania Twain performs "No One Needs to Know" during the 31st Academy of Country Music Awards live from the Universal Amphitheater in 1996.

During the ceremony, Shania Twain brought home ACM Top New Female Vocalist, along with ACM Album of the Year for 'The Woman In Me.'
