The first episode aired on August 18. Shania replied to a fan on Twitter and said a new show would air weekly. Obviously that isn't true. Maybe it is monthly like it says in the show's description on the Home Now Radio homepage. It wouldn't be the first time Shania got confused.

I'm kind of confused myself. Home Now Radio is only Shania's show? Other stars host other shows? And what was the show about? Just her talking and playing songs?

Yes, "Home Now Radio" is the name of Shania's show. Many other artists have their own show as well. Kelsea Ballerini's show is "Kelsea Radio", Lady Gaga's show is "Gaga Radio", Carrie Underwood's show is "XO Radio". They talk, tell stories and play songs.

Shania Twain Gushes Over Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Harry Styles & More on 'Home Now Radio'
By Rania Aniftos | Billboard | October 7, 2020
Shania Twain returned to Apple Music Country on Wednesday (Oct. 7) with a new episode of her Home Now Radio show.
While Twain is best known as a singer, she has dipped her toes in the acting world with roles in films like I Still Believe, which arrived in March 2020. Throughout the show's new installment, the star spotlighted a number of other singers turned actors and actors turned singers.
Twain called Lady Gaga "the most unique, I think, music talents of this generation," before pondering, I wonder what kind of dream she has at night. She does so many unusual, remarkable, artistic, unexpected things in her videos, in her live performances, her art direction, her fashion. One thing that stays consistent though, is her voice."
She went on to mention Gaga's role in A Star Is Born. "Then she gets an acting role, starring role, in what would be a huge success, not only as an actress, but as a singer songwriter," she said. "A Star Is Born was a huge box office hit and Lady Gaga won the Oscar for best original song for 'Shallow.' This is a classic. This song will be around in generations to come. No doubt."
Twain also mentioned Miley Cyrus, who was known as Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel series of the same name before she shifted into global superstardom.
"I've known her dad from the very beginning when we were both first starting out as newly signed recording artists in Nashville," the star said of Cyrus' father, Billy Ray. "He ended up having a giant hit, I think I use that word giant a lot, anyway, he had a monster hit right out of the box, “Achy Breaky Heart,” and I always flash back to Billy Ray Cyrus walking into a record label party of just artists on the label. And he walked in with this beautiful, tall slender, big blue eyed beauty. And during that night he said that they were pregnant. Anyway, to make a long story short, I can't believe that this little girl who just came out of nowhere, to watch somebody grow to something so great. All of a sudden, here she is. I mean, it's not all of a sudden. Miley works very hard, it's been a long, long road of hard work and great acting and creativity and becoming a beautiful singer. "
Twain also gushed over a few male singers, including Nick Jonas and Harry Styles. Jonas, who introduced Twain at the 2016 Billboard Women in Music ceremony when she received the Icon Award, is "such a sweetie."
"Let me just sort of like rhyme off all of his multi-talents: songwriter, singer, actor, television star, coach on The Voice, popular member of a music group with his two brothers, and the thing I like most about this guy, though, I have to say is that he's my friend."
On Styles, Twain couldn't help but "brag a little bit," because "Harry Styles is a fan of mine."
"His mother is a big fan and he's one of these people that grew up listening to my music, like it or not, as a kid in the car, captive audience for mum and has remained a fan to this day," she continued. "Thank you for that, Harry. So I really enjoy following Harry Styles' career. It is just very diverse, versatile."
After discussing Styles' successful solo career and role in films like Dunkirk, Twain said, "I'm going to get all giddy right now, listening to Harry Styles. I mean, he's just got the most adorable choke in his voice in his vocal style."
Prince Wanted To Produce An Album For Shania Twain
By Mike Wass | Idolator | November 4, 2020
Shania Twain sits down with Apple Music for the latest episode of Home Now Radio and reveals that Prince wanted to work with her. “I met Prince on the phone many years ago and he called me up and said, ‘I want to produce your next album. Come to Paisley Park.’ And I just wasn’t ready,” the country star laments. “I was afraid of working with a new producer. I was feeling insecure about sharing my songwriting… in the end, I never did get to work with Prince. He ended up as we all know, leaving us away too early, and before we could work together.”
However, she does have another fun memory of the pop legend. “I did get to meet him in person backstage at the Montreux Jazz Festival,” the 55-year-old remembers. “The first thing you said to me was, ‘Shania. You have beautiful feet.’ Okay. That’s like, I don’t know, I wasn’t really sure what to make of that, but I guess maybe I have nice feet. I don’t know. Anyway, the wonderful thing about that night was that I got to see him perform. It was outstanding. And then we hung out afterwards at Harry’s Bar, which is right across the street from the concert hall.”

Shania Twain Reveals She Turned Down Prince’s Invitation to Produce Her Album
Everything Nash | November 4, 2020
If there is one thing Shania Twain would do over in her career, it would be to allow Prince to produce her album. Shania reveals the pop music superstar, who passed away in 2016 of an accidental drug overdose at age 57, wanted to produce an album for her, while she was in the middle of her divorce to her former husband and producer, Mutt Lange, an invitation she now regrets declining.
“I met Prince on the phone many years ago,” Shania revealed on Apple Music’s Home Now Radio. “He called me up and said, ‘I want to produce your next album.’ This was shortly after my divorce. No, I wasn’t even divorced yet. Prince didn’t wait at all. I wasn’t even divorced yet. He called me up and said, ‘I want to produce your next album. Come to Paisley Park.’ And I just wasn’t ready. I was afraid of working with a new producer. I was feeling insecure about sharing my songwriting.”
Little did Shania know that Prince’s life and career would be cut tragically short, but the experience taught her plenty.
“I’ve learned a lot of lessons since then, because fear is a very, very terrible wall,” Shania shared. “In the end, I never did get to work with Prince. He ended up, as we all know, leaving us way too early, and before we could work together. So that is the sad part of my story.”
The inability to work with Prince is especially disheartening for Shania, who has been a fan of his since childhood.
“I feel like I grew up loving Prince’s music,” Shania acknowledged. “He was obviously a young artist and successful fairly early on. And he was a big fan of mine as well. He did his own versions of two of my songs, ‘You’re Still the One’ and ‘Forever and For Always.’ I think he was a country music fan because he had written a song, well, he had written it as a country song for Stevie Nicks, who wasn’t really considered a country artist either. So I guess maybe the walls between the worlds of genres didn’t mean a lot to Prince, but apparently Stevie Nicks did not agree to record the song.
“So when Stevie Nicks turned it down, Prince decided to do his own version of it.,” she added. “And this became the signature song of his whole career. And I’m talking about ‘Purple Rain.'”

Shania Twain recounts memories of the best shows she watched during her Las Vegas residency
ABC News Radio | January 22, 2021
In the latest episode of her Home Now Radio show on Apple Music, Shania Twain takes a walk down memory lane of her Las Vegas residencies, sharing some of the most memorable highlights and stunning shows she saw by other resident artists.
“During my first Las Vegas residency at Caesers Palace, I saw all of the other artists that were playing in circulation in the same room with me,” Shania recalls, explaining that Elton John and Rod Stewart were two of the other performing acts during that time.
“When I was leaving, I would try to catch whoever was coming in next, before I left town. And when I was arriving for my next leg, I would try to catch the artist that was there before me,” the singer explains of the time she spent in her "second home" of Vegas.
There’s never been any shortage of talent on the Vegas stage. Shania remembers pop superstar Cher as “the real deal,” raves that Justin Timberlake’s residency was “one of the most musically supreme shows that I’ve seen live in Las Vegas,” and describes Ariana Grande as “the voice of today.”
But as for who the ultimate residency legend of Vegas is? Shania says she reserves that distinction for a classic talent.
“I would say that the most iconic resident artist in Las Vegas is Celine Dion, by far,” the singer says. “I’ve seen Celine Dion many, many times in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace and she’s always incredible, funny, fun and sings like the superstar that she is.”
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Shania had planned to spend much of 2020 on stage in Vegas. Her Let’s Go! Las Vegas Residency had to be cancelled during the shutdown.
According to Apple's Music Hits radio station schedule, Episode 9 of Shania's "Home Now Radio" show will premiere tomorrow February 4 at 2:00pm ET. Shania is back with Part 2 of Las Vegas.

Shania Twain Reminisces on How Britney Spears Inspired Her: 'I Sing Along to Her Records'
By Heran Mamo | Billboard | February 4, 2021
Shania Twain praised Britney Spears in her new episode of Home Now Radio on Apple Music Thursday (Feb. 4) and how the pop star's Vegas residency inspired Twain's.
"'Hit me baby one more time.' Oh yeah. Britney Spears," the country-pop icon mused. "I don't sound like her, but I sing along to her records."
She saw Spears perform a couple of times during her first residency Britney: Piece of Me from 2013 to 2017 at the Zappos Theater, where Twain ended up for her second residency Let's Go! starting in 2019
"I loved the room. I thought her show was great and I was motivated to get on that same stage, so her show inspired me a lot. It was a fantastic show," the "You're Still the One" singer continued.
But the Zappos Theater venue for their Vegas residencies isn't the only thing that ties the two together. Twain also recalled co-writing "Don't Let Me Be the Last to Know" for Spears' Billboard 200 No. 1 sophomore album Oops!... I Did It Again.
While feeling inspired by Spears, Twain also remembered feeling impressed by Avril Lavigne, whom she discovered after the then-15-year-old won a contest in 1999 to perform onstage with Twain in their Canadian motherland.
"I first met Avril when she was a tween. She won a singing contest to come perform with me on stage, when I was on tour in Canada," she recalled. "This little girl came up and was so impressive. And she said that her dream was to become a singer and that's what she did. Really awesome. I'm proud of her."
Listen to the full episode of Twain's Home Radio Now on Apple Music at 11 a.m. PT here.
Shania Twain Is Such A Huge Britney Spears Fan That She Co-Wrote One Of Her Hits
Twain's very impressed by the "(Hit Me) Baby One More Time" singer
By Marcus K. Dowling | CMT | February 4, 2021
Roughly 1,700 miles separate Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and Kentwood, Louisiana. However, this doesn’t mean that the two areas’ most famous residents — country legend Shania Twain and pop dynamo Britney Spears — have much to share in common.
During a recent edition of Twain’s Home Now Radio podcast on Apple Music, the seller of over 100 million records said, “’Hit me, baby, one more time.’ Oh yeah. Britney Spears. I don’t sound like her, but I sing along to her records.” The feeling is mutual, as Twain also recalled co-writing “Don’t Let Me Be the Last to Know,” from Spears’ sophomore album Oops!… I Did It Again, alongside ex-husband (and the track’s producer) Mutt Lange and Keith Scott.
However, the comparisons run deeper. Twain saw Spears perform in Las Vegas’ Zappos Theater on multiple occasions during the self-proclaimed “Princess of Pop’s” Britney: Piece of Me residency from 2013 to 2017. In 2019, when Twain was looking for a new home for her Vegas performances, she too ended up at the Zappos Theater for her Let’s Go! residency, which started in 2019.
Prior to COVID-19, Shania’s 2020 involved continuing her previously mentioned residency. Two weeks ago, on the same podcast, she noted a few other Vegas stars that she enjoys. Of Justin Timberlake’s performances, she claimed he had “one of the most musically supreme shows that I’ve seen live in Las Vegas.”
Her absolute favorite though? That honor belongs to Celine Dion. “I would say that the most iconic resident artist in Las Vegas is Celine Dion, by far,” Twain said. “I’ve seen Celine Dion many, many times in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace and she’s always incredible, funny, fun, and sings like the superstar that she is.”

Haim Freaks Out Over Shania Twain’s Invitation To Collaborate
By Shakiel Mahjouri | ET Canada | February 16, 2021
Haim’s recent meeting with Shania Twain went about as well as one can hope.
The sisterly trio invited Twain onto their Apple Music show “Haim Time” on Tuesday, Feb. 16. During their chat, the Canadian-born country legend expressed her fandom for the group and invited Haim to work with her in the future.
“In Australia, you guys did this radio show with ‘That Don’t Impress Me Much’ version. I so love that,” Twain gushed. “I’m inspired by that. I want to tell you, no I’m serious. I want to do that in my show like that. I just start it off like that. I so want to do that. So I’m stealing that.”
Danielle Haim replied, “Steal it, please. Take it. Biggest honour ever. Honour of all time.”
Twain said, “I’m really inspired by it and I want you guys to join me because I’m doing that version. So we should work out a way.”
“Are you kidding?” Este Haim interjected.
“No, I’m serious,” Twain assured.
Haim also expressed their gratitude for how Twain inspired them.
“I know that you hear this all the time. But honestly, my sisters and I, and also my parents, your music was such a focal point of our musical upbringing,” Este shared. “To this day, we still put on your records and your songs.”
“We’re so inspired by your music,” Danielle added. “I very much felt like you were a part of such a huge part of pop culture when we were growing up. I mean, we would watch your videos all the time. When I think about your videos, they’re so iconic. The thing that was so inspiring when we were kids is that you were a songwriter first and foremost.”
