I think that she looks fabulous. I’m not surprised by the negative comments, the majority of people interested in country music are conservative and some of them are homophonic and misogynist.

I thought her outfits and hair were really good. They kind of reminded me of her looks from music videos. The red carpet dress was reminiscent of From this Moment In and That Don't Impress Me Much. The second outfit reminded me of the pink outfit when she performed Come on Over. So much better than the ridiculous outfits she wore at the grammys.

She looked better than ever, The hate towards the drag/ transgender community is absolutely disgusting. The hate Shania is getting with all the nasty comments saying she looks horrible and everything else I've heard and read is absolutely heartbreaking. She didn't do anything wrong. She spoke the dam truth last night. Glad she made a pop album because even if she done a country album she still would of not been played on radio. This is a Shania fan page you can absolutely give an opinion on what you think but I see some on here always bashing her. Time for Tommy to start banning people who do this. The hate I am reading today on most platforms really upsets me. Glad she didn't perform because she would of been hated for that too. I'll repeat she looked so dam good and if I look that good at nearly 60 I'll dress like that too. She spoke up last night and the backlash is just very sad. She isn't the only female to be getting such hard criticism either. I'm just sad that in 2023 we still have to deal with all this hate. The country music industry should be ashamed of themselves. You keep doing you Shania because of you I'm still alive and going strong. Keep being you my queen. Let's go girls!

If you look at the messages on facebook, some of the harshest comments come from middle age women, it's shocking!! She has created some of country music's biggest empowerment anthems for women and the same women criticize her just because of her looks.

💯- wish more people would just be accepting and loving to everyone regardless of how they present themselves. Leave the mean and disparaging comments to yourself and just let Shania wear what she wants and express herself. Shania Twain Glittered in Custom Diamonds and Vintage Chanel at the CMT Awards

The country music icon gave us all the behind-the-scenes of her iconic CMT Music Awards 'fits.

When you're country music royalty like Shania Twain, fans expect you to show up and show out when you step onto a red carpet, especially if that red carpet leads to the CMT Music Awards. Twain did just that for the 2023 CMT Music Awards, rocking not one but two stunning designer looks hand-picked by the icon and her stylist, Chris Horan, to make a major statement.

Horan tells InStyle that both he and Twain loved that her red carpet two-piece Prabal Gurung butterfly gown with hip cutouts was "extremely bold but effortless." Twain adds that the "look just jumped out from the rack at the fitting. It fits like it was custom-made for my body. I tried one other dress and nothing else. I knew in an instant."

Along with the gown that felt custom-made, Twain wore Giuseppe Zanotti platform heels, a Kallati bracelet, rings by Stefere, Le Vian, Candy Ice, and Guy Lemieux, and a pair of diamond earrings that were perfectly suited for a star-studded musical night.

"My earrings were extremely special," says Twain. "I collaborated with jewelry designer Guy Lemieux for a custom design, so they fell in exactly the right place down the neck. They were absolutely a really special addition to the look with the treble cleft for the music evening occasion."

Her two-piece red carpet gown wasn't the only multi-piece look of the night. “Shania sent us some Chanel pieces that she had loved, so we were on the hunt for something special enough for the CMT Awards," Horan says of the stunning three-piece Chanel suit set Twain wore to accept the Equal Play Award. "I immediately saw it for an award show with a black cowboy hat and an updated cowboy boot," he says of the striking knit ensemble.

Picking the three-piece set was a collaborative effort between Twain and Horan, although Twain already had Chanel on the brain. "I absolutely loved a number of Chanel pieces from a new collection, but when Chris showed me the vintage set, I thought it was perfect," she says.

"Perfect" is high praise from someone who knows a thing or two about how an outfit will look on stage. "I'm in rehearsals for my upcoming tour this year, and I design a lot of the wardrobe for my shows, so I’m really aware of how fabrics move and reflect or absorb light," Twain says, adding that, for her, "fashion is a playground and I have a lot of fun with it."

"The texture of the knit was pure luxury to touch [and] the comfort put me in a playful mood," Twain says. It was also important to her that both looks reflect the night's energy. "Style and fashion are part of the country music experience for both artists and fans," she explains. "For me, the creativity doesn’t stop at the music. Fashion is an extension of the whole story."

Together, Twain's two looks told quite a story, one of glamour and elegance, punctuated with musical, magical touches. But the best part? Twain didn't just look amazing at the CMT Music Awards. She also felt fantastic. "The whole night was special for me," she says.

How Going Gray Is Inspiring Shania Twain's Electrifying Hair Transformations

Shania Twain's epic hair changes have only just begun. She exclusively told E! News, "I'm playing more with color right now and I'm enjoying that because I'm going gray."

Shania Twain's outlook on beauty will impress you much.

The "Man! I Feel Like a Woman" singer has never been afraid to experiment with her looks. Case in point? In the last few months alone, she's pushed the style boundaries with electrifying hairstyles that include a platinum blonde 'do, bubblegum-pink tresses at E!'s People's Choice Awards and, more recently, vibrant red hair at the 2023 CMT Music Awards.

So, what exactly is inspiring country music legend to switch up her hair color? Well, she revealed it has to do with going gray.

"Over the years, I have had many different styles," she told E! News in an exclusive interview during the CMT Music Awards red carpet on April 2. "I'm playing more with color right now and I'm enjoying that because I'm going gray."

The 57-year-old continued, "As I go gray, I'm like, 'I might as well toy around with different colors.'"

Shania, who took home the CMT Equal Play Award, hinted that she'll opt for even more wild looks once she goes entirely gray.

"I might change my hair color every week," she shared. "Why not? I'll have an empty palette. I'm experimenting with that."

She added, "It's almost an excuse to play with color and embrace it. I just enjoy playing around with it, like fashion."

Shania's boldness with beauty is just one way she expresses herself. Back in December, while accepting The Music Icon Award at the People's Choice Awards, she encouraged her fans to be unapologetically themselves.

"Giddy up kids," Shania began her speech onstage. "Embrace your individuality and your crazy ideas. Just be brave. There is power in numbers. We are in this together. Love is love and when a door slams in your face, just run and leap at that door and kick it down. You won't regret it."

She concluded, "Be the queen of you."

Yeah, these women are sooo jealous of her lol. All of those comments are pathetic. Shania looked fabulous and her speech was amazing. She's better off leaving country music completely. There's no longer room for anyone who isn't part of the basic beer drinkin' redneck crowd. It's sad.
