Who ever made the decision not to add wanted man in the first place made the wrong decision, That song should have been the lead single. Classic Shania is right. Best song on the album.
Yup, Wanted Man should have been the lead single. I haven't even heard the full song yet - only the preview and it's so good. Would have gotten more radio play than WUD and Giddy Up and may have been successful on country radio. Hopefully she does release it as a single and sings it on tour.
I actually understand why they were not included on her album, along with On Three and Done & Dusted. They sonically don’t fit with the original 12 tracks. Happy she’s adding them thought in special editions.
I also like "Inhale Exhale Air" with Breland. It does not distort the song. It brings a warm and country touch. Sure they will sing together in concert.
"Queen of Me" (acoustic) is different from Spotify version.
Gutted to see that ‘Bone Dry’ was being pushed by the record label for the New Music Friday playlists worldwide…. Wanted Man would’ve been a better choice in my opinion.
Shania should honestly fire her management if they tell her not to release Wanted Man as a single. It's her best song since Party for Two in 2004. I love it so much. I have been listening on repeat. It's catchy and is written like one of her classics and blends country, pop, rock and blues. I feel like it belongs on the Come on Over album. I can envision this song being sung with her old voice before Lyme disease.

Shania Twain presents Queen of Me (Royal Edition), the deluxe edition of her third UK No. 1 album, via Republic Nashville. The global superstar delivers the definitive edition of Queen Of Me with five extra tracks. Among the additional material, she serves up two new originals – “Bone Dry” and “Wanted Man.”
“I wrote ‘Bone Dry’ alone on the acoustic guitar and the song is about having everything in the world but still feeling empty,” Twain shares. “I guess it’s about whatever you want it to be about as the listener but there is some reading between the lines with this song! I remember waking up thinking I’ve got everything I could want in the world; I should wake up super happy and feeling grateful and enthusiastic about the day. But the good life I have now compared to my underprivileged youth can sometimes leave me feeling impatient and impossible to satisfy. ‘Bone Dry’ is my reflection on how money, beauty, fame, power, elements that really don’t bring genuine fulfillment. It’s the simple things in life that do for me personally. Like the joy of parenting, being in love, smelling roses, the company of animals, dreaming, creative freedom, nature. When I stay connected to these things, I’m truly happy and whole.”
Twain also invited hip hop country trailblazer Breland to accompany her on a dynamic reimagining of “Inhale/Exhale Air.”
“I am a huge Shania Twain fan and have always dreamt of singing on a song with her,” Breland shares. “The first Super Bowl I can remember watching was the one that she played halftime, and once I got into country music as an artist, she was my number one dream collab. What she represents for country music and beyond is so important, and she’s opened up doors for artists like me. It was a no-brainer for me to be on this song and I’m looking forward to playing some shows with her this summer.”
She completed the collection with a striking and spirited acoustic rendition of “Queen of Me” and the buzzing “Giddy Up!” (Malibu Babie Remix).
“Giddy Up!” has spent five weeks in the Top 10 at AC radio, making it Twain’s biggest radio placement since 2005’s Greatest Hits album. Once again, she’s at the top of the charts alongside some of the biggest names in the world, including Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Elton John and Britney Spears!
Next up, the Queen of Me Tour kicks off on Friday, April 28th at Spokane Arena in Spokane, WA and makes stops across North America and Europe in Vancouver, Denver, Toronto, Los Angeles, New York, London, Dublin and more before wrapping up on November 14th at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, BC.
Twain also recently attended the CMT Music Awards at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas, where she accepted the Equal Play Award, which recognizes artists who are vocal advocates for elevating diverse and underrepresented voices in country music.

I like the new tracks! "Wanted Man" is catchy and very Shania style but I don't like the production, it would have been so much better with "Mutt" touch and Shania's voice sound a bit rough and robotic...I know that her voice has changed but in this song is very noticeable. "Bone Dry" is a nice ballad. "Inhale/Exhale Air" featuring Breland is an improvement over the original album track. She might release it as country single and get a decent chart placement (Breland got a no'1 single last year with Dierks Bentley) "Queen Of Me" acoustic is very pleasant to listen, I prefer it over the original, too much processed track. "Giddy Up" remix is unlistenable to me... All in all I like the new songs but I still think that the two Target tracks are better.

Wanted man is good and was the track I was looking most forward to from the very beginning but I think it’s going to be a grower for me, just as On Three and Done and Dusted was. I’m loving Bone Dry. Her voice and melody and music is chefs kiss to me.
Bone Dry at first listen was a no for me. Maybe I will try to listen more but love Inhale/Exhale with Breland and Wanted Man was great! Queen of Me is great in a different way and I even like the remix of Giddy Up!
I wish she would do s duet with s bigger star though. I am wondering what the hold up is on that..... Do you think it could be the other stars she talks about say no?
I absolutely love the new songs. Bone Dry is beautiful.
Wanted Man is classic Shania as someone said. We need a full album of new classic Shania songs!!

If you look at the first picture, there's a whiteboard on the left with songs on it also produced by Baron and Felice. One is "Beautiful..." and another is "Drink …" along with the current "On Three" and "Bone Dry". More possible releases soon?

I wonder if she'll drop a surprise album sometime in the next year with additional new music. She has said several times that she wrote a mountain of songs during COVID and it's been rumored on here before that there were was at least one scrapped album from 2019 or 2020.
I think it would be very unlike her to do something like that but we now know about more songs from the whiteboard. There's also Sisters which she's talked about before and it was added to her BMI catalog not too long ago. That's 3 or 4 songs just right there and I'm sure there's more.
I'm sure her contract with Republic Records isn't just for one album (Queen of Me). It's probably for several which opens the door for a couple albums and potentially a Christmas album as well. We know she recorded a Christmas song with the one producer. I've seen it on here before.
As with all my songs, Bone Dry is about whatever you want it to be about but there is some reading between the lines! #queenofme #newmusic Bone Dry - Shania Twain
I really want to like Bone Dry but the production of it bothers me. There's some kind of filter/effect on her voice that doesn't match the other songs on the album.
I’m happy to announce Queen Of Me: Royal Edition (Extended)! This version includes a couple of tracks that some of you may be familiar with - Done & Dusted and On Three, featuring my friend @billyraycyrus . It’s out Friday 23rd, pre-save it now!shaniatwain.lnk.to/queenofme-royalextended
I’d already written On Three and was in the studio recording it, I could just hear a sexy man with a southern accent counting the song in and the first person that came to mind was @billyraycyrus 😂 I called him up and literally had him record it on the phone.
I'm sooooo happy!!! I own the Target/Fnac version of the album but it's gonna be great to have those two songs on streaming platforms too. And this is the third version of the album in 4 months 🤣
I'm wondering if she will release a brand new single next Friday with a music video? I know Anne-Marie has a video out just curious because on three would fit country radio well especially with Billy Ray Cyrus as a duet. I know I'm dreaming but seems possible that horse photo might be a single from her new album with a music video. Plus A Come On Over Diamond edition this year as well. Like she really is working hard on making this year of Shania. Not to mention the touring. The money she's making on this tour is gonna be pretty impressive. I just feel Shania Twain ain't retiring anytime soon in fact I expect more albums in her future.
The tracklist of the "Extended Edition" sees "On Three" and "Done & Dusted" right after "The Hardest Stone":
01 Giddy up!
02 Brand New
03 Waking up Dreaming
04 Best Friend
05 Pretty Liar
06 Inhale/Exhale Air
07 Last Day of Summer
08 Queen of Me
09 Got It Good
10 Number One
11 Not Just a Girl
12 The Hardest Stone
13 On Three
14 Done & Dusted
15 Bone Dry
16 Wanted Man
17 Inhale/Exhale Air (with Breland)
18 Queen of Me (acoustic)
19 Giddy up! (remix)
I will finally be able to know for sure what she says on D&D after "I don't hate you but I'm movin' on". LoL. The lyrics on the album booklet aren't correct.

Shania Twain Unveils ‘Queen of Me: Royal Edition Extended Version’
The new release encompasses 19 tracks including “On Three,” featuring Billy Ray Cyrus counting the country star in
By Charisma Madarang | Rolling Stone | June 23, 2023
Shania Twain released the Royal Edition Extended Version of her recent album, Queen Of Me, which was released in February. The five-time Grammy-winning star brings new tracks “Done & Dusted” and “On Three,” which features Billy Ray Cyrus counting Twain in.
“I was in the studio recording ‘On Three’ and I thought: this needs the voice of a sexy man with a southern accent counting the song in, and the first person that came to mind was Billy Ray Cyrus,” the icon said of the Cyrus collaboration. “Since our friendship goes way way back, I just called him up and had him record and count me in from my phone! He was really fun and it worked out exactly how I imagined it.”
Twain also brings an acoustic rendition of “Queen of Me” and a remix of “Giddy Up!” by producer Malibu Babie to the Royal Edition, as well as originals “Bone Dry” and “Wanted Man.”
A Rolling Stone review of Queen of Me noted that while her LP had a “a few subtle nods to that imperial phase” of Twain’s career, the album “doesn’t concern itself too much with her former dominance. Instead, it’s an uplifting statement about being your own champion in the present.”
The country legend is set to headline the 2023 Austin City Limits festival alongside Kendrick Lamar, the Foo Fighters, and Mumford & Sons. The 22nd installment of the fest will take place over two weekends, Oct. 6 through 8 and 13 through 15, at Zilker Park in Austin.
What a phenomenal year I’m having with you all - Queen Of Me: Royal Edition (Extended) is OUT! I’ve spent the last couple of weeks in my home country Canada 😍 and I’m heading into two sold out shows at the @budweiserstage in Toronto this weekend! Life is good and I’m so grateful.shaniatwain.lnk.to/queenofme-royalextended
Here’s a little moment that @fred_thiebaud captured in the studio when we were recording. I felt like the track needed something extra, as usual 😂 This came to me in the moment and it just worked! The extended version includes this track ‘On Three’ with a cameo from @billyraycyrus (we go way way back!) and Done & Dusted, a personal favourite of mine that I’m happy to be able to share with you all ❤️🔥
Okay, I know it's Monday and we're all busy BUT can we just take a moment to appreciate @billyraycyrus' AWESOME mullet here?! 😍😂 This waaaassss 1999 I think... it was so fun getting him to cameo on 'On Three'!shaniatwain.lnk.to/queenofme-royalextended
Shania Twain Explains How Billy Ray Cyrus Collaboration Came About, Admits It Was Just Recorded On An iPhone
By Becca Longmire | ET Canada | June 28, 2023
Shania Twain has explained how collaborating with Billy Ray Cyrus came about.
The Canadian icon spoke to ET Canada’s Carlos Bustamante at her Toronto show over the weekend about teaming up with Cyrus on the track “On Three” that features on her album Queen Of Me: Royal Edition [Extended Version].
Twain shared of the collab, “I was counting it in just in the demo, you know, ‘one, two, three.’ Just counting the song in. I didn’t plan on keeping it a as part of the actual record. But, as we recorded it and finished it as a record, I’m like ‘Oh I really like keeping that.’ But [thought] it just seems like it should be a man since it’s about the two of us.”
The musician went on, “[I thought] I’d love to hear, you know, a Southern man, you know a man with a Southern accent do it. That’s just what I heard. And I thought, ‘well, why not Billy Ray Cyrus? You know, let me give him a call.’ And it was just like that. And I just recorded him literally on the iPhone.”
Bustamante joked about just casually calling Cyrus while he was probably just having breakfast and was like “let me put my spoon down.”
Twain insisted, “It was that kind of thing. It was. He was such a good sport. He goes, ‘Sure. Sure.’ So we did it a few times over. Try this. Try that. And that was it. He was just a really great sport.”
Breland says he has recorded another song with Shania but isn't sure when it will be released. He says it has to be the right time.

I'm sure that duet song with Breland is stockpiled for the duet album she's planning. It's a very good idea these duos, sales will be better. I think other duos are ready: with Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Lizzo, Dua Lipa, Post Malone... Her "dream collabs" that she has been talking about for a few years...
