Probably the least expected and most awesome thing we’ve been invited to do. Getting to collaborate with @shaniatwain for a few days was surreal at first, and then totally grounded and inspiring. She’s a true force of nature, with a sense of vision and command of a room that’s a bit hard to conceive of until you’re around her. We had such a blast, and are really proud of how this one turned out. Arranging these guitars and stacking these backing vocals was so cool. Thanks also to producers extraordinairre @zachary_dawes and @gwitcher for bringing us in on the fun. Shania freaking Twain man. Who Do You Love!shaniatwain.lnk.to/lmt_deluxe
I'm very much enjoying the new tracks on The Places I'll Go.
I think the shorter tracklist really helps the tracks shine. As I said earlier in the thread, one of the issues with LMT was that for 15 tracks the production didn't vary that much. However with the 6 tracks they all stand on their own and I like them a lot. Who Do You Love sounds great, her softer vocals are a lot stronger and I hope she continues with this style of singing in future albums.
Overall all six tracks have their own strengths and it's hard to pick which one is the strongest.
