This Saturday (26), JHSF will introduce Boa Vista Estates, a new real estate project that integrates into the Boa Vista Complex in Porto Feliz (SP). The project is described by the company itself as the "largest high-income lifestyle ecosystem in Latin America."

To celebrate the launch, Canadian singer Shania Twain will perform an exclusive concert for invited guests—marking her first visit to Brazil since 2018.

Located about an hour from the state capital of São Paulo, with direct access via the Castello Branco Highway, the project sits directly in front of Fazenda Boa Vista. The overall Boa Vista Complex will reach its 20th anniversary in 2027.

Boa Vista Estates boasts a potential Gross Sellable Value (GSV / VGV) of R$ 3 billion across a total area of 7 million square meters (75.3 million sq. ft.), divided among private streets, lakes, amenity zones, and native forest.

Property Formats & Amenities

The land plots are available in two main formats:

• Estâncias (Estates): Starting from 20,000 m²
• Lotes (Plots): Starting from 5,000 m²

All plots line private streets featuring public squares and views overlooking lakes and gardens.

The amenity architecture is signed by renowned interior designers Sig Bergamin and Murilo Lomas, while the landscape design is created by Maria João d'Orey.

The list of featured amenities includes:

• Wellness center
• Kids club
• Organic mini-farm (fazendinha)
• Medical center
• Helipad
• Organic garden
• Park and garden areas distributed throughout the terrain

"Boa Vista Estates stems from a very clear decision: to provide expansive land areas and utmost privacy within a highly exclusive development. It spans 7 million square meters structured for just 250 owners, complete with full infrastructure and seamless integration into the natural landscape," notes Augusto Martins, CEO of JHSF.

The real estate venture adheres to environmental sustainability standards, encouraging internal commuting via bicycles and electric carts, featuring on-site water and sewage treatment, and keeping designated zones reserved for planting and native vegetation preservation.

Sports & Recreation Facilities

The project features a linear park with dedicated running and cycling paths complete with grade-separated crossings—with JHSF citing New York City's Central Park as the benchmark for this layout.

• 10 km of paved running tracks and 10 km of cycling paths.
• 15 km equestrian trail.
• 4 km lakeside walking/running loop. (According to the developer, none of these active circuits feature traffic intersections.)

Boa Vista Estates will also host Brazil's only 18-hole golf course designed by Australian legend Greg Norman, complete with a clubhouse, bar, and restaurant.

The Boa Vista Estates Country Club comprises a spa, courts for tennis, padel, pickleball, and beach tennis, a multi-sport court, a soccer field, and a restaurant. For equestrian pursuits, it includes an equestrian center, both indoor and outdoor arenas, an international-standard polo field, and an equestrian clubhouse.
