New crucial evidence in the Walter case was heard today, as the result of a public outcry from Shania fans around the world... Reports indicate that court offices were flooded demanding a retrial in the case.. The basis for this retrial was centred around the fact that key evidence was not considered in the case...Shania fans from around the world expressed they are suffering from what has just recently diagnosed as a disorder of concern to medical professionals. The disorder is known as Shania Deprivation Syndrome... Apparently it causes fans to become somewhat out of touch with reality with respect to Shania.. The court ruled there is evidence that Walter was showing symptoms of this disorder . It further ruled that even though he assured forum fans of a 2008 CD,that it was not in any way in an attempt to mislead them. The court ruled that it was just a case that because Walter wanted it so bad that he started to believe it. The court ruled that his statements were a direct result of Shania Deprivation Syndrome and the conviction was overturned.... The court did however recommend he take one week off work and suggested a relaxing one week stay at Deerhurst resort as well as a one day visit to the S.T.C. in order to revamp his spirits
I was conident that the conviction would be reversed. I am an innocent person!!!! I'd like to thank my lawyers who worked nonstop and fight these false charges and false conviction. I now have a clear record and will go about my life playing hockey,baseball,travelling, social browsing and bar hopping. And every once in a while I will give my opinion on Shania.
Sir... I regret to advise you that the crown's office has yet to make a determination as to if it will appeal this decision to the upper courts. Further it has come to our attention that part of your extensive defence team failed to notify the courts that he was in fact a blood relative of yours. This information has been passed onto the law society of upper canada for a full review

How does my lawyer being blood related cause any problem? I would hope that the crown gives up this witch hunt and let me get on with my life. I can't keep paying this legal fees even though my brother gives me a discount.
We have some fine legal aid council available but generally they are not assigned to cases as serious as this.. Having said that it may be an option for your consideration...Thank You
