I'm just saying that based on the credits of the 12 tracks standard version these songs won't be on the standard version.
Probably they will be on the Target one or on the blue vinyl.

LDOS down to # 91 on iTunes country charts. Anyone else still so puzzled releasing a single WUD with no promo in the US? Still makes me scratch my head.

I agree. I don't know she's doing. I think she should have made "Queen of Me" the first single instead of WUD because she previewed it in the Netflix documentary.

I also think LDOS would do well on country radio if she promoted it properly. It has a nice country pop sound and sounds like a classic Shania song.

The other problem I have with LDOS is with the production of it. Her voice sounds kind of muffled to me like there is some kind of filter on it or the instrumental is too loud. NJAG and WUD don't sound this way to me.

I would love to see her do a live acoustic version of LDOS.

"Last Day of Summer" reminds me a lot of 'Now'. I agree that it sounds more muffled than the other songs released thus far.

The queen of country-pop will release her upcoming album, Queen of Me, in February 2023 and she’s been steadily giving fans an intro to the new project, first with the lead single “Waking Up Dreaming,” followed by this equally sunny, but slightly organic-sounding track. Her husky vocals are slightly muddied in the verses, but the echoy production gives this pondering of and yearning for a long-gone love an intimate, hazy quality.

I don't expect her to do the AMA Awards either. Queen Of Me would have been a good single pick for the first release but the promotion isn't nearly as good as the NOW album. The second official single has to be promoted but so far I have never seen such terrible promotion for an album or first single. What kind of record label does she have? Love the music. Why can't she go live on Tiktok? Making people pay 30 dollars to ask questions is outrageous. Or a Facebook Live would be good. Love the songs so far but the promotion so far is absolutely ridiculous.

Because she’s at a point in her life where she’s doing it for fun and because she wants to. I don’t think promoting is important to her, I don’t think having a number one album is important to her either. I think she’s aware that she’s not longer considered “young” as industry standards. She’s just in it for the fun. Plus it’s touring and her old hits that brings in the money now. You guys need to let it go and move on. It’s not a her issue, it’s a you issue. I’m just excited for the new music and I don’t care what anyone else does or think. I’m selfish in that part and that’s how I believe she is too. She just want that fans to enjoy themselves.

LDOS struggling to gain any further momentum. Falls to # 130 on iTunes country chart. WUD surprisingly has reentered the top 200 at # 99 on country iTunes singles.

She’s not into numbers actually after 100 million albums that’s not her fight , she’s just releasing music and going on tour with her 90s 00s hits and some new tracks , that #1 fight are for 20-30 girls not for her

I just selfishly want her to release music more often. Since she had to take that long hiatus because of her voice, I don't understand why she's not making up for lost time and releasing a new album every two years or so. Other than that, she's doing what she wants like others have said.

I would definitely like more music more often from her too. It’s just the people that complains about chart numbers and her lack of promotion that’s gets to me. She doesn’t care and neither should we. Too many people here think they know what steps Shania should take but they really know nothing. All assumptions and one should never assume anything.

They have already announced most of the AMA performances and Shania is nowhere to be seen on that list. I don't know if there's more performers to be announced or not but right now it does not look likely for her at least.

In 2019, she had announced her participation ten days before. With all the clues about AMAs that she and AMA have left behind, I think there's a good chance she's in on it.

First single was Life's About To Get Good, then she released two promos, then finally released the second single Swingin' With My Eyes Closed the day NOW was released. So if she does perform at the AMAs it would have to be WUD, the only single released. (Unless she performs another medley like in 2019. biggrin ) They announced the first round of performers yesterday so I guess there is still time for Shania to be added.

Not sure about being available to buy but the bonus track on the Target edition of Taylor Swift's new album made it onto YouTube during release week and is still there so maybe the same will happen for Shania.

I find it frustrating how artist caters to the US and UK/France. Especially Shania being a Canadian herself. I’m still waiting on pre-ordering to see if Canada will get the bonus tracks one way or another. On her Canadian store, the regular album is stated as Queen of Me Standard CD (or something along those line) which makes me think that maybe she’s figuring out a way to sell the bonus track version in Canada. Maybe a Walmart or iTunes exclusive.

I went through a lot of Shania's tracks and Spotify and was able to find that 8 songs have some sort of anagram in them. So far I have come up with;

I love it. Can't wait for the album and I imagine this will be a single. I really like the layering of her voice with the "I'm Royalty". Her classic songs will always be my favorite but the electro-pop really works with her voice now that it's a bit deeper.

I don't think she will perform at the American Music Awards on November 20. The single hasn't even been played in Canada. I don't expect much promotion for this album. Good music but just no effort to promote it. Not even sure if we will get another single sent to radio. Unless a new song premieres at the American Music Awards this album will likely have the same success as NOW. I mean I love the new album coming, it's just the lack of promotion and North American interviews seems unlikely.
