I have enjoyed the recent videos posted.

I just don’t think things are as dire as your posts indicate. I am attending a concert this upcoming week so I look forward to seeing and hearing it all for myself in person. I couldn’t care less about TikTok comments. The majority of professional reviews and well as the recent reviews that I read on Ticketmaster have been positive.

Again, my point is that I just don’t understand the repetition of the negative comments from you. I don’t understand why one would continue watching videos that they think have been consistently bad in the past. 

I also don’t consider it all that big of a deal. We are talking about music at a concert. In the grand scheme, it is simply just not all that serious. My view is that if someone thinks the tour is so horrible, just don’t attend and don’t watch the videos.

 I completely agree with you. This “new“ Shania has been such a huge disappointment. I’ve been a fan since 93’. It’s embarrassing how some of these shows have gone down vocally wise. She is a perfectionist and you would think she would be much more of a professional. It’s also why she dresses so ridiculous to hide all her vocal flaws and obvious and bad lip synching.

 I agree with both of you. I've been a fan since 1995 but what i see here has nothing to do with the Shania that i love. I'm going to a concert because i want to see live music and not pre recorded music and lip syncing. I'm really amazed how many people find this absolutely ok and tell us again and again that Shania just has fun but i actually expect every artist to have fun standing on a stage and i still expect good music. I don't want to see a fashion show with different dresses and wigs and when i read comments like "I love your boots, where can i buy them", then that actually says everything about these concerts.

 I do have a problem with this too @LifesAboutToGetGood and I shared my views a few days ago as a reaction to one of your previous comments. I also don't mind her lip syncing because she obviously can't sing live anymore in a setting as big as this. But the vocal production/vocal mix is sooo unprofessional, like you say! For a perfectionist as Shania this isn't right! Remember the BTS from Up! Close And Personal where she made a thing out of her singing na-na-na's and Alison Krauss singing la-la-la's? And about the harmonies on Boots?? Today she doesn't mind at all! Her backing vocalists could be singing the Alfabet and she wouldn't mind. Maybe her perfectionism was a bit much back in the day, but it's gone to the oppositie end now!  Now that's she's gone full backing track it's actually not that bad but still nowhere near the backing track on the NOW Tour. And yes, the MIFLAW bridge and chorus is ridiculous!

And....you can totally notice the absence of the 2nd finale and the absence of Joshua Ray Gooch's artwork on 2nd guitar and Elijah Wood's artwork on drums. I.e. the intro to Honey I'm Home is soooo lame now!!! As is the outro to Rock This Country! The drummer just doesn't know how to end a song... We're 2 months in and she still can't pull it off!

At 57 seemingly going on 30, the ageless and glamorous beauty — in a red wig and a dress slit up to her right thigh — sang the majority of her 19-song set confidently as she fronted a six-piece band that included a guitarist/fiddler and two male backing singers/dancers. The only blemishes were when she ventured into a low, quiet register and was drowned out by the band, but those are technical equipment misfires: overall, Twain delivered a performance that was more hit than miss and divided between eye-popping Vegas glitz and intimate, living room hang.  Shania herself once said that she doesn't want the way she looks distract people from what she has to say. I think that is exactly what's happening now. With the Queen Of Me album she doesn't have much to say so people in general go straight to her looks.  Her looks now stand out from her music. Where as before there was more of a balance. She had the daring outfits and wigs but she also had something to say so people took her seriously. But that's no reason to bash on her I think. It's her prerogative to have a little fun, right?! Of course everyone's entitled to their own opinion, so I don't mind if people don't like her looks. I do mind when they say she's too old to wear this or that. Like you said that's just plane ageism. And that's never okay!

 Oh, come on now. Shania never dressed for past concerts like this. She is literally in lingerie every night. It is so tacky. And it’s all because her voice is shot.

 Maybe not for concerts but she’s worn sexy/daring outfits many times.
I happen to think her voice is sounding much better now compared to earlier. 
If you think she dresses tacky and has a voice that is shot, why continue posting? Why continue watching the videos and looking at the pics?

I completely agree!  I was shocked to see some of the reviews here and after seeing her twice, she was wonderful!  I got the same energy from her this tour as COO and Up!  I am happy to read recent reviews debunking most of the junk we are seeing posted from nay-sayers.

I agree with you. But Celine did worse with her "Courage World Tour": only one song played and often during a Medley of songs, so I guess we have to consider ourselves lucky to have 4 songs. I've noticed "NOW" is disappeared from the setlist. It's really a strange Tour, even though she seems to sell out every single date.
