I think she will release a second promo single soon (unfortunately I think it will be "Giddy Up!"), she wrote "more new music soon" in a recent post on her social media.
Then a second single with a (hopefully) music video the week before the album release or on Feb. 3.

Yes, Shania will release a second single/music video. But maybe not until February 3 when Queen Of Me is released. She'll probably follow the same single release schedule as she did with NOW. Single, Promo, Promo, Single. The first single was Life's About To Get Good, then she released two promos, then finally released the second single Swingin' With My Eyes Closed the day NOW was released.

I highly doubt Shania will perform at the Grammys on February 5.

If I had to guess I think "Giddy Up" will be the promo that's released soon, and then "Queen of Me" will be released as a single at the same time that the album is released

A member on the ATRL message board says "Giddy Up!" will be released January 5 according to Apple Music. But I can't find where it says January 5. They never post release dates for singles. Maybe the guy works for Apple. Plus the 5th is a Thursday which would be strange. So "Giddy Up!" will be released January 5 or 6.

New music is released everyday, not just on Fridays. One of Apple Music’s main playlists is New Music Daily and it’s updated as the title suggests, every day. So, nope, it wouldn’t be strange. Besides, we got the Beauty and the Beast soundtrack on a Thursday, too. Same with Life’s About to Get Good back in 2017.

She didn't announce "Last Day of Summer" ahead of time and that was a promo single so I'm leaning toward "Giddy Up" being the second single since she actually acknowledged it ahead of time.

I guess when Shania does her Queen Of Me media tour (assuming there is one) she might perform "Giddy Up!". Chart-wise, who knows how it will do if in fact it is an official single.

a lot of people seem to love this song, If she will promote it and stuff it might do better then Waking up dreaming. Giddy Up! Catchy and more Adult Contemporary format. If she doesn't promote it I'd be surprised because she's been teasing this song for a while now.

Well, it just leaves room for Giddy Up! Since she says she hesitates to reveal it before January 5, I may be expecting another extract tomorrow (1 week before) or a piece of video or lyrics, or January 1 to start the year.

We Can all agree Now was an okay album but Queen of Me seems it will be a way more upbeat album then now. Giddy Up! Will be the second single seems more likely to be promoted in North America, My question is what if she only does TV promo and doesn't perform the second single ? Wouldn't that be strange because the second single is very catchy and even Adult Contemporary will play it but she has to sing it and promote it. I don't think she's sending these singles to country radio which makes sense but you don't need radio if you can promote the single. As for the Grammys something tells me she just might perform the second single there because Even though she's been away since 1999 doesn't mean she can't promote a single. I also think she should make a lot of videos for her songs because well we have YouTube and Spotify and just about every app these days to promote this album. On your tour these upbeat songs will do well. She doesn't have to prove anything anymore but I hope Giddy Up! Gets the promotion it deserves because like I said there has to be some kind of radio format she can get airplay. I am just surprised Walking up dreaming wasn't released in Canada as a single because personally it would of done well. Is it age? Being a female or are these songs just so far from country that getting airplay will just be impossible. I think when the album gets released and the songs get heard by the fans she might be surprised how well the reaction will be. I just hope she doesn't release to many promos because I rather wait. Queen Of Me Should be the second official single because it is the title album, Tour name and it is so dam good. Last day of summer should of been on now because it doesn't seem to go with the album. Not just a girl should not have been included on the new album because technically it should have been an official single to promote the greatest hits. As for the new record label why the change? This new label doesn't seem to be doing very much. It will be years before we get a another album if we get one at all. She's nearly 60 so personally folks enjoy this album because gonna be a long wait for another one. She scrapped a song on Tiktok that was amazing that will probably never be released. Anyway while I wait for this album any thoughts on the promotion? If Giddy up! Doesn't get promoted then not sure what the plan will be. Sales wise her tour is doing extremely well.

I don’t really think promoting new singles really matters anymore for the sole reason that new singles are not “Shania Hits” and never will be no matter how great and popular the song is. I’ve heard over a family supper a couple of weeks of go from relatives going to her queen of me concert saying “oh I hope she doesn’t sing too many new songs, I want to hear her hits” and so many people around the table agreed. I’ve seen her 3 times already so she can sing what she wants lol.

I think it will be a single. She’s been hinting and referencing at it since the video of WUD got released. I think she wore one of the outfits of the music video in the tiktok promo. Like Swingin’ with my Eyes Closed the 2nd single gets released about a month before the album drops this way

Actually "Swingin' With My Eyes Closed" was released the same day NOW was released. First "Life's About To Get Good" was released as first single, then two promos, then "Swingin' With My Eyes Closed" as second single.

As far as I remember Swingin’ was released on digital platforms and sent to radio mid august (august 17th or 18th) and NOW the album in the last week of september. However she released the music video of Swingin’ on the day Now was released as an album.

Swinging with my eyes closed I wouldn't even call a single as it didn't even chart anywhere. Based on what I am seeing this new album could potentially have the same fate as now in terms of hits and sales. Queen of me is much better in terms of upbeat but the promotion ain't great. I certainly hope she doesn't do these TV shows/interviews from Switzerland. I might be wrong Tommy any thoughts? Am I being harsh or does it seem right

She'll be in New York City for the TV interviews on "The Late Show" and "TODAY". The promotion for Queen Of Me hasn't been great so far but will probably pick up in the coming weeks. I'm confident sales for Queen Of Me will be better than NOW. I'm not sure about hits.

It's much more country. I don't understand anything it says but it's pleasant to listen to. I find that the transitions between chorus and verses are abrupt (like on NJAG and WUD): it gave me the same impression on first listens. You get used to it afterwards, it gives rhythm.

I just listened to "Giddy Up!", the whole song. The chorus that we've heard the past month is the best part. LOL. The rest I'm not very impressed.

Well I love it. Still better than anything on now lol She does pure pop you all wine this has a country/ pop sound still wine like come on people it's still catchy. Tommy you'll grow to love it and remember there is definitely better to come. Queen of me I want out as a single. It is amazingly produced. If this song gets sent to Canadian Radio it going to be a hit. Seems the songs people are impressed with don't do well especially on this album. To me I love it probably because she keeps making music. Giddy up has potential.
